Also the whole thing with the dragon skeleton + living dragon could mean that you jump back and forth in time, since FROM already did something like that with AOTA and Oolacile.

The announcement only makes me want to play Dark Souls even more than I have been. Time to pour endless hours into it. The bridge reminded me of Painted World. Other than that maybe in this one you'll travel in areas farther from Anor Londo?

Now I need Dark Souls more than ever. Time to wait for Christmas sales...

I wonder how the story will work in DS2. If it's set in the same universe as Dark Souls, which it probably is, how will they resolve the whole Lord of Cinder/Dark Lord thing? Maybe it would have been better for them to make Dragon Souls or something. Or easier at least. Still, it would be a shame to throw away the world, especially considering we've only seen Lordran and Oolacile.

Imagine, as a Dark Souls fan, sitting there at spike awards watching this, then suddenly "DARK SOULS 2" I'd probably die of heart failure :v:
