Been wanting to play some Dark Souls again. How is the PC community right now? Like is the game dying on PC or just as decently populated during release?

I kinda got tired of being a pure asshat to new players and added a twist to my dickwraith. I invade them in the burg, obviously much more powerful than them, and if they stay and fight then I reward them with loads of titanite. If they run or try to summon someone, I just murk them. Not a revolutionary concept. So today I'm just doing my thing and invading, I invade a player, hit them once, and they instantly Alt+F4. Then I get sent a message about how I'm a cheating twink and they don't feel like losing their humanity. I tell the person, "I would have dropped stuff for you if you actually tried to fight me." Then, I'm not sure if it's out of anger or whatever, they keep sending me messages about how killing new players isn't what Dark Souls is about, even after I asked them if F4ing out every time you're about to die is. I just find it amazing how many people refuse to let the game be what it is. They know you're supposed to die and learn from mistakes, they know going human means risking getting invaded, yet nearly every person I invade either F4's out instantly or does it before they get killed. I don't get why people play this game if they're so adamant about not getting killed.

How do I go online?

the game is always online, but reverse hollowing at a bonfire to enable co-op and pvp

I knew that. So I guess I'm just at the parts everyone has done? [editline]10th December 2012[/editline] I hate having to kill loads of enemies just to get to a boss and get one hitted then repeat it.

Just keep trying, don't look at it and you'll do it eventually. He's not a hard fight.

Is Eletro-Smough's AoE attack blocked by the pillars?
