Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition(360,PS3,PC)v3 - Dark Magic is perfectly balanced - Games

Do 100% phys block shields block all dark magic damage? I thought DM was physical damage.

Dark Magic does a [I]slight[/I] amount of physical damage. It's mostly magic damage.

I was doing summons in Anor Londo just now and who did my summoner happen to be invaded by, OnlyAfro. Not sure what he was up to but I thought I'd better make the most of it, so I did the natural thing. Turned on my trainer for infinite HP, stabbed him for 95% of his health and as he ran away I lagstabbed him and did Well what is it. Sent him a message "deal/w it nerd" too.

Looted the bodies, got a dragon crest shield. It was a trap.

I beat my first invader today, in a way. I was in Anor Londo near the smith, when I get invaded. So, I walk out and wait for him to show himself. I manage to see him and I bow, he runs off and tries to shoot me with a bow. He keeps leading me into the giant knights so he can try to pick me off while I try to fight them. He has friends, why can't I get some of my own? I summon Solaire and he fights the knights while I fight the invader. I manage a good hit and while he backs up, Solaire tosses a lightning spear at a knight. The knight moves out of the way and the bolt hits the invader. Also, first post, yayyy.

I freed some prisoner in golden armour. I'm such a nice person :v:

so i started a new character decided to use astora's straight-sword, never tried it before i fucking love this weapon i'm right before quelaag, have it +4 already, kicks ass

Astora's Straight Sword is useful up until Anor Londo at +5, at which it can no longer be upgraded. Another thing is that, while it does do some damage through shields, you cannot use resin to buff it so it becomes essentially useless.

It is perfect all by itself.[/QUOTE] literally the only time i ever use resin is for the taurus demon because at that point i don't usually have a special weapon yet, and you get some gold pine right before the fight but i've never used it outside of that because i'm mlg pro [editline]11th December 2012[/editline] you know i've never actually beaten dark souls i make a character, get to around anor londo or the four kings and think you know [sub][sub]i should make another character[/sub][/sub] [sub][sub][sub]yeah thats good[/sub][/sub][/sub]

To be honest, I'm not a big fan of the game past four kings. I guess I'm just not a big fan of the rest of the bosses.
