Halo has amazing music. I love the fact that an entire orchestra was used to make the music. Truly awesome stuff.
While the music of the main games (as in the ones made by Bungie) was absolutely epic, I've found that I also absolute love the piece 'Insignificantia' from Halo Wars (which I've never actually played, but... the music is awesome):
