I know it's just a demo and it's still a work in progress, but I didn't like the interface, it had console plastered all over it, the way you find and join a server is awkward. I liked the animations and graphics a fair bit though, I wish there was a Team Deathmatch option available because I think it does the brand more justice. The gameplay was way too run-and-gun to get my hopes up for exciting, co-operative survival moments. Playing the demo now I observed people usually teaming up when they met another one of their species rather than shooting each other, that's immersion for you.

I pre-ordered the game and will most probably be cancelling it.

Played more games, managed to get marine, like it. The only thing I'm disliking so far is fighting the same race as whatever I am. I take it other game modes will solve that?.

I don't understand the big deal. I enjoyed it. It isn't the best, though.

It's so horrible, especially the controls god I hope at least they make a massive overhaul.

The whole transition thing as alien is a bit confusing, but I had fun. I think there was only one guy playing marine, though. :( Also, to all the people exploding with rage/grief over there: You must have been REALLY hyped about this game to trash it because the demo is a bit subpar.

I'm not one of the people flying off the handle over a demo being a little disappointing by the way, just before you start yelling at me.
