If the Steam forum source is indeed correct, I'm unable to understand as to why Rebellion and Sega would push out underwhelming game code that is apparently in no way representative of the final product, as it would leave many people cancelling their pre-orders due to the poorer quality of the code.

Yes! I became marine in one server. There were 3 of us teamed up against predators and aliens and we kicked ass. Sure we got killed pretty hard when we got seperated or when we tried to get to our meeting point. But the feeling... it was just awesome when we marines passed each other i could just feel that other player say to himself "fuck yeah" And when i got my hands into smartgun... oh boy. Flame thrower is really awesome too.

Taking forever to get PS3 matches now. Dunno about 360.

What i know that every match is 10 minutes long so i suppose most of the demo servers are synchronized to 10 minutes. It's kinda random how long it takes to join sometimes it's instant some times it takes 5-10 minutes.

Should I get the game on my PC or Xbox?

I say Xbox because I play Xbox but if it is amazing visuals you are after go for PC (DX11).
