Played six matches, yeah it takes ages to find a game, but I have had no lag at all. Think I might get this. Depending on how the singleplayer turns out to be.
Just played my first match. I found it to be very entertaining (Was playing as an Alien). The matchmaking times are fucking ridiculous, and this outdated demo is a very bad choice for Rebellion (God knows how many canceled their preorders?), but the gameplay itself is very fun, to me at least.
No idea how to block though.

Yeah sometimes working with other marines works sometimes it doesn't.
Heh i happen to have so that there were 3 marines me and 1 other did work together but last marine refused to work with us so we kept killing him too hahah.
Only teamwork I've encountered was when people forgot it WAS FFA, and left others of their species alive. Usually the person on the receiving end took advantage of this, and killed them (IE: Me).
All right, when it randomly comes up with a lobby instantly, I get timed out at the loading screen. The first time I could still hear people talking while they were in-game and I was loading for ten minutes, and then it just went and disconnected me.
can someone tell me why this game doesn't feel smooth? Games like cod reacts rly fast with my mouse. But when i play AvP it feels like theres a 0,1 sec delay. I hate that and that ruins a game totally for me. Also when i move my mouse it's like it moves a little bit further then it should be.

This demo is a old crappy console port, that's why you got all kinds of problems.
I don't understand why Rebellion wouldn't do a final build demo for PC.
Does anyone know how to get ungrabbed when grabbed but only when you was stunned beforehand? I've had it happen to me and somehow I've done it without doing anything? Is this random or is there something I'm missing?

The first match I was in was two other marines and me camping the room with the smartgun in it.
And then a couple matches later two marines were up there, another one was shooting them so I grabbed him and ripped his head off as a predator. They didn't shoot at me. :v:

Sigh, is anyone getting ridiculously low dl speeds when trying to download it? Been downloading for 2 hours at 8kb/s, and i restart steam at 5% and it goes back to 0%. Lovely.

Yeah, now it seems to find players but not join them properly so you see 'x number of players connected, waiting for x more'. Then it just goes back to searching :(

I Was downloading it in the morning, I Had 572kb/s :razz:.
Also whats this about it being broken?
