I've been trying to find a dangerous cave to explore, then I hear a zombie sound coming from the walls.
I dig around, trying to find the cave, only to be greeted with a plethora of valuable ores.

I use stock Minecraft block textures.
I mixed a 32x32 higher definition stock minecraft items pack with the tools from a steampunk pack.

Yeah, I don't like the item pack I used with the steampunk very much, but I wanted something that still stays similar to minecraft.
Friend finally got a Brohoster server. A map we've been working on for several months is now running 24/7 and they'll be on it the rest of the night.
But not me. Oh no, my computer and internet connection are so fucking terrible it takes 10 minutes to walk 10 blocks and when I do I teleport back to my start, and I can't even destroy a block. I walk over an item and it shows up in my inventory 5 minutes later.
Fun.

1) You didn't ask if it was okay. It's generally considered polite to ask before doing pixel art on a server like New Ventlegille, which is striving for a ye olde look. The worse I can do is say "Nah bro, sorry".
2) I didn't say pixel art was banned, I said it had to be hidden. I personally consider large out-in-the-open pixel art to be tacky and I'm sure many of the denizens of New Ventlegille feel the same.
The frog can stay for now unless a popular vote, should it be instated, says it must go. Just remember this rule next time, I realize you didn't know about it before and I'm sorry if I gave you the wrong idea.

Finished my first manual modding session, so I've got a bit of a buzz on after seeing that it worked. :D
Just want to ask a few nooby questions.
I don't play multiplayer at all in games, I just prefer singleplayer. It's a lot more serene and more fun to grief the AI.
However, Minecraft has gotten me interested, with the tales of colossal cities, the Brotherhood stories by DudeGuyKT, that abandoned subway someone found near an abandoned spawntown...

I want a nice place where you can build in peace and not be griefed. Ventlegille sounds nice, DrunkenMiner's Nether server looks cool (is it settled? I don't want to join and immediately murdered by a Ghast) and what exactly is the Broville server? All I've gathered is that it's an apocalyptic server.
Hopefully, I'll be able to contribute to a server if I ever try out multiplayer.

When the server isn't down, this is a great faction-RP based server. I'm the loremaster, and make backstory and dungeons in it. It's quite a bit of fun.
