Well I bought a brohoster server with my friend and it's going pretty much fine, it just needs a restart every 30/45 minutes or so to keep it working smoothly. 8 players is mine.
IP is 184.172.23.42:25565. You've got to be whitelisted to join, though.

You should probably just ask us or at least Brohoster clients if something can be run on our network, I've seen people with 10x that many plugins without trouble. Run LogBlock with MySQL and get Essentials with GroupManager. You can pop open a support ticket and we'll do it for you, too. We'll have to get you a DB anyways.
