Use MSPaint.
Or, wait, there's an option to disable blurring, I'll find it.
Edit -> Preferences -> General, change Image Interpolation to Nearest Neighbor.

Take my advice as a frequent PvP'er and vetrain to this game: This server is utter garbage. The admins bend the rules to their advantage. I thought it was fun, and it had fun people, but ever since Osku, the creator, favored their faction, they bended the rules to their advantage.
Take this as a lesson, folks. Make the mods as balanced as anyone else.

On my server everyone is balanced, and if an admin changes rules to help themselves here, they get a swift diamond sword up their face.
