PDW and Vectors are the bane of this game because EVERYONE uses them.

To be fair, it was getting kind of spammy with all the UAVs floating about in the sky. Easy to shoot down sure, but it sort of made UAVs useless too since each team usually has one or two that always shoots them down anyways at this point.

my uavs get shot down or hacked so quick i doubt i'd even notice them even if the score was increased

Nearly got my first Gold Gun, going for the HAMR, just gotta get Cherry Blossom (150 Kills without attachments) and Skulls (10 Blood Thirsty Medals) And I figured since I'm going for Cherry Blossom I may aswell Prestige the gun, so It's now working it's way up Prestige 2 while doing other challenges.

I got my 870 to prestige 2 level 8 in a couple good matches. Wait until you have gold to prestige though, attachments will definitely help with Skulls.

After that patch, I have been having so much more fun with Black Ops 2. I don't know about other platforms, but I am having less hit detection problems on Xbox.

Does anybody know the list of ports this game uses? Trying to play with a friend on zombies but my NAT became strict [I]after[/I] I opened ports. Tried to use the ones on google but they didn't work.

Got Gold on the HAMR, I am now taking my well deserved break before I carry on with the MK48, LSAT and QBB LSW, Diamond LMGs are what I want.

The HAMR is surprisingly good. Burst firing it gives it a very good RoF which makes it not crap at CQC. But it burns through ammo quickly, and the "low" (for an LMG) mag size combined with the very long reload keeps it short of being a very good weapon. Still fun though. Particularly with FMJ in objective modes.

The reloading isn't as bad as the MK48 though so that's good at least, that thing is horrible, it has the longest reload of any gun in the game.

So is Black Ops 2 good? How does it compare to other CoDs? Worth 60$?

To sum it up, it feels like it's actually worth it's asking price.

So I finally sucked up to all that OP and decided to start using the EVO. Previously I stuck to non-SMG weapons because I couldn't bear to become that which I hate, but I'm going easily 1.5 to 3 KDR per match, top of the scoreboard each time. Compared to my mid-scoreboard playing with assault rifles and pistols. It really doesn't require any skill, I CLEARLY have the highest DPS of anyone I meet. Then, halfway through the writing of my post, I decided to do some SMR and SCAR-H rounds. I was incapable of even getting the top 3 on my team. So I switched back to the EVO midway through one of those rounds because I was frustrated as fuck and I instantly rocketed to the top of the scoreboard. This shit is fucking embarrassing. "Statistically balanced" my ass. In these 6-ish rounds I was constantly aware of how stupidly short my lives were too. Previously we've complained about the weird red-jelly stuff that appears on your eyes when you've taken damage in CoD games but we need not complain any longer! The handheld GAU-8s everyone and their mother is sprinting around with will blow you away with their 40,000 DPM before the goop will have time to render on your screen! In addition, the self-healing health problem has been fixed too! Instead of increasing the amount of time it takes to regain all of your health, they've simply sped the game up 5x so relatively speaking it takes forever now! And the prevailing grays and browns will no longer need to be complained about either. Because your opponent will be moving so fast he'll have already killed you before even appearing on your screen, sparing you the need to cry about character models blending in to everything. GG Treyarch. At least I never have to play the game again. I just wish I hadn't gone consumer-whore in purchasing the game in the first place.
