The only thing I don't like is that because of the Scorestreak system, instead of seeing earned XP, you see scorestreak points pop up. Also, it'd be nice if Scorestreak points appeared in the corner next to the Scorestreak bar instead of the center of the screen. [editline]3rd January 2013[/editline] Also, unrelated, one thing I love is that Treyarch got rid of the bloated scoring system that's been in place since COD4 and made worse in MW2. One kill = One point, instead of the patronizing 1 Kill = 100 points. I mean, what was the point? There was nothing that earned you less than 100 points in TDM, so why have the base score be at 100 points per kill? To boost people's self-esteem by showing them getting lodsapoynts?

Now, Treyarch should step it up and bring the XP per kill back down to 10XP instead of the inflated 100XP. XP felt much more valuable when XP was Base10 instead of Base100.

I made a test video from a great match I had a month ago. The video was only about 15s long and took ages to render and upload. When it finally uploaded, the video and sound were out of sync by about 5s. That didn't really inspire me to render the full length one.

hm. I'm now level 55 and about to be able to prestige. To be honest, I'm perfectly fine with all of my unlocks, weapons, etc. Is it worth doing? Is it different from the last games (where you lose everything)?

And you can't unlock every weapon/scorestreak/perk/wildcard in one prestige, so you won't be able to try everything without prestiging.

you lose everything you choose to unlock using the tokens, but any attachments (and camos i think) stay

Most people use it on Ghost for the first prestige.

I went and got my old MW2 disk refurbed today. Holy shit that game is fucking excruciating. Walk outside at all and you're instantly killed. I played 3 different gametypes and every time I walked near a window, or outside I was immediately killed by some guy with an infared scope, somebody who I spawned in the crosshairs of, a random kill streak, or somebody who decided that their sole purpose in life was to stare at the exact doorway and not move.
