Debating very hard what I want to spend my prestige perma-unlock on. Kap40, SkorpionEVO, or Ghost perk? Hard choice. I love the Kap40 and SkorpionEVO, both of which are high-level unlocks, and I'm not sure how useful Ghost would be to me, considering I like to camp from time to time.

Get banned in MW2, you're fine for MW3 and black ops. different engines per say.

So I got into Hardcore recently and I have to say, I enjoy this much more than regular gamemodes. If only there was Hardcore Domination or Demolition :( Playing TDM on Turbine. Some guy kills me and I thought he was on the fallen turbine. So I whip out my nade launcher, launch it randomly and a second or two later, BOOM. I kill him. Rendering that now.. :v:

The problem is that it requires you to stay mobile to be radar invisible. The only loadouts I ever used Ghost with before BO2 were all camping loadouts. In my experience with League Play, Ghost is barely useful compared to Cold-Blooded (Hide in a dark corner, and you look like you're nothing more than part of the map geometry/decoration). What's the point in radar stealth when you're moving around and stand out from the map's visuals? To be honest, the movement requirement defeats the entire purpose of Ghost. If you're mobile, and there's only one UAV up, your movement around the map can make you nigh impossible to track via radar, and having Ghost is kinda pointless then. Besides, if someone knows I'm in an area, a simple burst of my SkorpionEVO at someone's head solves the problem right quick. To be honest, I feel like spiting everyone and using a no-perks class for shits and giggles. I'll probably kick people's asses still and top the scoreboards with my XIM.

I don't even notice my own footsteps. In CoD4 it was painfully obvious and it was really easy to hear others running around the corner. Dead Silence made it harder but you could still hear a light "crunch" if they jumped off a ledge.

Fuck, dilemma. SkorpionEVO burns through ammo, and scavenger is the remedy to that. But if I unlock Scavenger permanently, then I don't the SkorpionEVO, and vice versa. Fuck.

ghost is the only reason my k/d is anywhere above 1 though. It's a good perk

Only downside is that gun balance is kinda out of whack as SMGs rule.

if you live in Europe I'd suggest buying MW3 and trying out IW5M. Plenty of European servers on that but no NA ones. You have mods and stuff on there [even more on IW4M, which you should also try out by buying MW2 and it has like zombies and stuff in it.] and MW3 actually had some spawn protection from killstreaks, which was nice.

If you just hit 55 and aren't used to Ghost yet, you won't need it. But as I said a few pages back, once you have a flanking class with Ghost, you won't ever play Demolition or Domination the same way... I know for a fact I couldn't get rid of it now that I perma-unlocked it. Ghost + Lightweight + silencer and fast mags on an SMG or AR... Get ready to earn bloodthirsty medals without ever getting in a fair gunfight. Always taking people by surprise.

Wait, do the console versions of BO2 have anti-aliasing? I've never noticed jaggies when I play BO2, except on Carrier for some reason.

I remember them saying it uses a touch of AA like BO1 did. also I only have a couple gold weapons [and still a ways away from getting gold on the AN94, need those stupid 150 kills challenges] and I think my first diamond camo [if I ever get it] might be on ARs since they have the most headshots. MP7 is probably the runner up with almost 100 but even then.

It's a pain in the ass getting Diamond, but it's worth it, I used Variable Zoom for the Headshots.

I swear to god those two challenges drop my K/D right to zero every time I have to do them. 150 kills w/o perks/attachments is the most retarded thing ever [editline]6th January 2013[/editline] and I don't even use LMGs. They ADS too slow for me, fire REALLY slow and have more recoil than the AN94. [editline]6th January 2013[/editline] also don't see how it's worth getting diamond seeing as how it's basically a worse looking version of gold with little white dots all over it.
