leveled an assault rifle to see how the launcher works, it's pretty terrible. they elected to keep the kill area similar to the shittastic one from MW3 so it's hitmarker central. you can't get more nades from scavenger either, definitely not worth it for such a long grind.

Here's some new zombies stuff. More specifically pro power-ups and more persistent perks.
Yeah I really have no idea why they decided to put it in this game...
the least they could do is have it shoot a respectable distance, the dropping arc is insane.
I have no problems with the grenade launchers in Black Ops 2, feel fine to me. But after using launchers exclusively in MW2, I can hit people dead on 9 times out of 10.
Some M8A1 Gameplay with dogs hope you enjoy :)
Use it in HC

If any PC players ever need someone to play with, add me on steam http://steamcommunity.com/id/stealthymeatloaf/ [editline]27th January 2013[/editline] lol my amon
m8 sucks, burst fire is a handicap for people with poor trigger discipline
Not necessarily, the rate of fire within burst can sometimes be attractive, depending on the weapon, i'm saying this in general to all burst weapons not just the m8
the only reason underslung launchers existed in MW3 were for getting Recon Pro
You mean the XM-25. Sleight of hand to start with, hardline pro with Recon being your first specialist killstreak. Get one rifle kill, whip out that explosive shotgun, go suicide jump face first into like 3 people, get hitmarkers, die, repeat. Also spam stuns and grenades.
Someone asked me what my SPM was using the axes. It's 295, but im not sure what that really says? Whats considered a good spm?
Someone asked me what my SPM was using the axes. It's 295, but im not sure what that really says? Whats considered a good spm?
250-300 seems to be the average, so probably above that
I run into first prestiges who have a 75 spm from time to time. How. [editline]28th January 2013[/editline]
Someone asked me what my SPM was using the axes.
I run into first prestiges who have a 75 spm from time to time. How.
very slowly [editline]28th January 2013[/editline] If I checked my SPM would probably be below 150 but I don't want to embarrass myself
[t]http://puu.sh/1TSku[/t] Better than I anticipated to say I run around with nothing but an RPG most of the time.
I've yet to try Blops 2, but damn my connection is so slow it would take ages to download.
fal is a very good weapon, even better with select fire im winning almost every ffa match with it without even trying and one of these days im gonna get that ffa nuked out calling card and i will be PROUD
My SPM is only 195 :I I suck (K/D is only 1.1) and I play S&D from time to time.
I want the nuked out calling card :( [editline]28th January 2013[/editline] also this is mildly related since it's cod but I was discussing some source code with a certain friend of mine not on FP. It was about some source code for some stuff fer MW2 that was leaked a while back [and deleted within like 20 mins] that he got ahold of but then lost. Told him I had a copy and gave him a couple folders which included stuff for gamemodes like global thermonuclear war and stuff and after that we joked about making me an air conditioner. Can you imagine a match where its super serious and all of a sudden an air conditioner hops out of a corner and sprays everyone to death with a shotgun, then hops off?
Since I can't play games online right now, I figured I would give a shot to World at War. Holy shit the campaign is amazing, far better than any other CoD campaign (at least from 3 onwards, I didn't play 1 or 2). You actually feel like you're part of a war. I just finished the "Black Cats" (plane gunner) mission, and that was really well done. Much better than the other rail-shooter parts of the other CoD campaigns. There's also the fact that the weapons you use actually have some personality to them, and are not just "automatic assault rifle #58". Using a bolt-action or semi automatic rifle, with iron sights and not the same red dot over and over, or SMGs that are actually weak, is nice. Kar98 4 lyfe
Anyone have tips on getting started into LMGs? I've been wanting to but I'm so used to having a little mobility that those things just kill me.
target finder and quickdraw handle probably
Anyone have tips on getting started into LMGs? I've been wanting to but I'm so used to having a little mobility that those things just kill me.
Find a headglitch spot, make sure you can't get caught from behind too easily (either check that there are teammates behind you, or use a betty/shock charge/etc), and aim down sights at a high traffic way. Better used in objective game modes, of course. I'd use fast hands and a kap-40, so if you realize someone's coming behind you, you can kill them easily. I'm not too fond of the target finder, but you can make it work. The iron sights on the LMGs are good. Quickdraw is useful. Oh and of course change position from time to time, when you're sure you won't be caught off guard. Using flak/hardness/tac mask can also help stay in place. Dexterity can help if you plan on moving more, but I personnaly wouldn't use it. [editline]28th January 2013[/editline] So yeah basically, give up mobility. Stay ads in a place where you won't be surprised too much. Also if you have that unlocked the HAMR is pretty good if you get caught off guard; if you burst fire it, the 7 first bullets fire very fast so you can dish out a lot of damage in a short time.
So I'm gonna be prestiging for the first time soon and I wanted to know which should I unlock permanently: Scavenger or Ghost?
I will pick ghost once I reach my prestige as I almost never use up my ammo before dying and am always on the move.
I will pick ghost once I reach my prestige as I almost never use up my ammo before dying and am always on the move.
I used to find Ghost really useful, but now I'm just using Flak Jacket (+ Lightweight sometimes on my SMGs). It's not that useful most of the time, because most people either don't get UAVs or don't use them efficiently. [editline]28th January 2013[/editline] Same with the silencer actually, I prefer to run long barrel or an extra perk in its place now, because it's not like people know how to use the minimap - most of the time you can just use the fact that they saw you to move and flank them super easily, since they're looking at a place you aren't anymore. Personally i prefer scavenger, i play objective based games, and "defend" alot. kill people who come in (witha suppressor so their lcoal buddies cant see where i am!) top up my ammo, place more betties down, lovely. Ghost just doesnt appeal to me, UAVs are rare considering theyre the lowest scorestreak
