Found out I'm actually kind of fond of those hardcore, crouch only etc etc servers. The games feel a lot slower and more deliberate, and slowly meandering through bombed out ruins with a group of random players is pretty fun. I mean, it doesn't make seeing an entire German battalion duckwalk out of spawn any less ridiculous, but it's still a nice change of pace.

I don't dislike the regular multiplayer. Just making an idle statement that I discovered something new that I enjoy within the standard confines of the game, even if it is a bit silly. [editline]19th February 2013[/editline] gawsh

What I mean is that if you want a slower pace, there are better games for that. If you never tried it, you should give something like Red Orchestra a go.

Also, I had given Red Orchestra a go previously and even considered re-installing it recently, I've just got to get around to finding the time to sit down and actually learn the controls for everything. I've still got some fond memories of (badly) playing Ostfront actually, although most of them involve making small talk with random Europeans who didn't speak English while a tank shelled our cottage.

Why do I use a sniper rifle everything is better than the sniper rifles especially smg's even at the furthest distance which is what a sniper rifle would do good. Also spawn system spawns so many people behind me and you can't even watch your back much because so many routes. Good game otherwise.

Really you don't get surprised as much when you understand the spawns (which I still don't understand that well tbh).

I just left a game on WaW because these two shitheads would not stop whining over my perks and how I play. Get dogs? Complains about my perks and me "camping" yet I was taking care of a chokepoint.

How do you not know how to stop dogs. ESPECIALLY IN THE ONE GAME WHERE DOGS DONT KILL YOU IN ONE HIT.

There's some kind of spawn zone and if you're in it the enemies just spawn somewhere else, but if you stand slightly outside of it you're free to camp.

God I fucking hate the gold challenges. Getting kills with out perks is just asking to have a bad time. C4, nades, fucking flashes last an hour without tac mask. And the revenge medals are just dumb. I just want a gold remmy.
