Call of Duty V10 - Hop in, there's still room in the bandwagon!

that, is hysterical
AK-47 is my last AR I need to gold. Then its on to LMG's!
Today when I was playing I picked up some random M14's, just out of curiosity, to try them out. Now I'm looking forward to level 60 to unlock it (I'm 56 or so right now), so I'll be using it in AA class.
Its a rather awesome gun.
Maybe it was from using Kick in it, but I think I tried it without. All I know is that its increadibly accurate, increadibly easy to tame even compared to the M21 in mw1 and mw2 which are somewhat comparable and it does huge damage. If you have spam fingers, its one of the best guns to use, and the ironsights aren't bad at all.
I don't know exactly, it just feels GREAT using it. I loved it. Its kinda like the AK in MW1. It only has that visual recoil which isn't even that much. It doesn't even has hard real recoil that can fuck up the aiming.

This here is mythbusters grade stuff. Should be passed around so it would go into the wiki, as its rather interesting.

Well shit, may good fortune follow you. While I didn't like COD after the release of MW2, I still had respect for this man

Yeah i saw a reaction video before i even saw that, like an hour after he tweeted it.
Good luck to him.
Not sure what IF is going to do now.

The plot thickens...? Could be true, might not be.
But, If it is true, then i'll end up respecting the dude more.. (which isnt too much, i can understand his job and all that but... i dont know, something just grinds my gears about him)
I dont understand why its taken him this long to reconise that, though. Maybe the money or something.
most ignorant people think all the problems from the games are his fault, he takes a lot of flak for just about anything.
i respect the man for being able to do that
Considering his job was basically marketing and he started with MW2, which broke entertainment launch records, I'd say he did damn good work and this is a big loss for Activision.
Lol a big loss for acti, nope not really, they'll just hire someone else and keep the train rolling.
I'm going to cry if a YouTube commentator gets the job...
so my friend who was an invitational player for cs and is godly at other games told me about promod. I fucking suck at it. I recorded my first try.
WARNING
I forgot to change dxtory from 20 FPS, and I was dicking around with Vegas and forgot to take off the contrast, so it is going to look like shit. Next video won't look like a 5 year old made it.

What is pro mod anyway?, never really looked into it.
What is pro mod anyway?, never really looked into it.
The mod most scrims and leagues use for competitive play. No perks or weapon attachments. The movement is different, kind of like CS. Only one life.

look at some videos (other than mine) for a better idea
I'm considering reinstalling Black Ops. Modern Warfare 3 is okay as a game but IWnet refuses to put me in a good match.
Black Ops is pretty good, but the currency system bugs the shit out of me. It would be fine if everything was unlocked and just cost certain amounts, so for example the better the weapon the more expensive it was, but the fact that you need to do the regular unlock system and then spend the currency to actually get what you unlocked is just adding another bullshitty step to the system. It isn't streamlining anything, it's making everything take longer.
Hopefully Treyarch trims it up and makes it work better in Black Ops 2 or whatever their next game is.
ogm you has returned

Its common knowledge that games usually get fucked not because of the developers, but because of the publishers.
Activision was behind all the crap that happened to CoD since MW2.
Its their fault the games started to evolve less and less from release to release, like no dedicated servers and the huge ammount of bugs so they could cut corners and release faster by just making the PC version essentialy the same as the console versions.
If we think about it, the things we hate about the game, like the horrible maps, could even be a plot to make us get the new maps :tinfoil:
But yeah, in general, its Activision's fault that the game started to be what it is now. The devs would gladly listen to the community and implement the best stuff they would hear, but if that means giving the players free things from which you could profit, either you change your ideas or your going against the flow of the sea.

He never did a bad job. If it is true that he was the "good samaritan" in all of this, then Activision is the one who ruined his success.
Meaning, the series could have had even more success than it has now (and most likely no hate or at least less) if it wasn't for Activision hindering his ideas.

Is every round like that?
That reminds me of CS because of waiting for a new round, and thats boring as all hell.

I really think you're giving too much credit to Activision. I don't think Call of Duty could be much more successful than it currently is. I mean, the franchise is pretty much the best selling anything ever. It's done better than Avatar did, which is really saying something.
I was doing a lot of traveling and writing and stuff like that, so I usually just didn't find the time to come back to FP, but I decided to pop in and give my two cents on stuff. It's nice to see you guys again.

You're also only usually supposed to use certain guns. There'll be an assault guy (AK47), SMG (AK74u), and usually a sniper or two (M40A3). You'll also see the M4 on occasion.

Anyone else find it crazy 90% of the people that read this thread don't even post? Probably from the BF3 thread.

Blame Truth is currently trying to get it. I can't really tell if he's serious or not. But he's an actual cool commentator. One of the very, absolute first to start it on YouTube.
Oh my how I have forgotten about specops, Should really get around to doing it
Survival is great, do that.

If it couldn't have more success than it currently has, then it wouldn't probably have the hate. I feel like it could had been better, even if slightly.
Glad to see you're back!
Also, re-downloaded mw3 for some action. I still love the L118A. Love its looks, its sound and its "use". Man what a sniper. Some guy flashed me on Lockdown from that small tunnel left to the Delta spawn, and I somehow blindfired directly into his head. Lovely.
If the next CoD is in the Black Ops universe and a multiplayer that isn't shit, I'll love Treyarch forever.

Multiplayer will be like MW3 or Black Ops, or a mixture of both. I don't really see why it's a question of what the multiplayer will be like, it never changes that radically. It'll probably be an effort to be like Call of Duty 4.

I would love it to be more like CoD4, but they most likely would just improve on Black Ops. Call of Duty 4 is easily my favorite, then Black Ops. I love WaW though it is pretty much MW1 with a WW2 setting so I go back to it sometimes.
and fuck you activision I want my DLC but

Just about $60 for 12 new MP maps, 4 new zombie maps, and 4 zombie maps that were FREE in World at War. The game is $40, lower the fucking DLC please.
They were free in World at War? I payed 10 bucks for 'em in 2009.
