Call of Duty V10 - Hop in, there's still room in the bandwagon! - Games

i'd like a setup like that but the reaper simply does not work for me whatsoever...i always get them on maps where the reaper is all but useless so i usually just opt for the strafe run, 7/10 times nobody on the enemy team is running a stinger

Man, I love stealth. In pretty much all the MW's, my favourite style of play's been stealthy, even if it's not always the most efficient. :v: I feel like stealth is underestimated though. Hell, if I'm using a proper class for it, I can go prone in a field of grass and people'll walk right past me. It's great fun when it works, hiding in the weeds, and popping up and stabbing someone. Makes me feel like James Bond or something.

Does anyone else pretty much [I][B]only[/B][/I] use the support killstreaks? I can't stand being let down on assault.

There was one time were I ran into a guy at a medium to long range. I think I saw him in my radar and just went prone waiting for him. He came into view and stopped, looking at me, ready to shoot at me while I was proning. I stood there for 5 seconds, he stood there looking at me, and then I just got up and ran away. Killstreaks might not be as offensive, but at least you don't get them restarted, which there is a 90% probability when there are enemies near you whenever you spawn.

Yeah. I've had my friends actually get moabs because I'm supporting them with UAVs, counters and AUAVs. I doubt they would have gotten it without my help. I'm always the type to run low killstreaks anyway. Even in Black Ops. It was just UAV, CUAV and like Blackbird.

Low killstreaks are underestimated. It's pretty much all I ever used in MW2, and it was effective. A UAV can turn a game around, a well placed Sentry can really fuck an enemy trying to push through a chokepoint, a care package can be equally as useful. And the great thing is they are all quite easy to get, so it's no issue if I die really. I can just come back ready to earn them again. Plus you can earn a ton of points from calling in killstreaks near constantly over calling on a strong one every so often.

Even used it to convince someone I was a dead body - without ghille - and then snipe 'em in the head when they ran past.

I had a UMP when that happened :v: it was on that map with militia vs tf141 that resembles a small shitty village in the jungle.

Been playing a lot of COD4 FFA recently, and today decided to go on TDM instead. I find a server called {BHC}Newbies Welcome and go on a fucking tear with the W1200 and C4 - a modest 97:43 at the end. At the beginning of the next map, I find myself banned with no reason. I was going to appeal the ban on their website, but I now find myself IP banned from their website too (you have to wait for an admin to "approve" your registration), also without a reason. Best communuty.

Alright! Decided I'll probably be building my own PC around July. (My birthday). Maybe some of us will be able to play.

You should probably just grab the normal edition, yeah, but be aware that Black Ops 2 (or whatever the game Treyarch is making is) will be out in November. If you can wait for it, just wait for it, but if you absolutely need Call Of Duty right now, go ahead and grab it for $40, since that's a pretty good price for a fairly new game.
