Theres a video where 3 guys in FFA spawn withing hugging distance of each other, in a line. And all you pc gamers i wouldn't get your hopes up on them fixing the spawns. They still haven't on the console, and i sure as shit think they won't bother on the pc either. The game is an absolute fucking mess. They dumbed it down so much that i sold it, because its just too fucking easy to win games and get kills. Edit: That's also not counting the 3 games of kill confirmed i played where i counted how many times i died by someone spawning behind me, or me spawning in front of them. The final count was 43 times in a row. I wasn't killed facing someone once in 3 games.

Yeah something doesn't add up here.

It's worse than it was before i sold the game. And yes among other things I sold it because it was boring and easy. My KD before i sold it was 2.64. The two friends have KD's of 3.06, and 5.05. I can post the elite stats page if you'd like. So it's not that we're bad at the game. We were raging pretty hard even at the games we won by a longshot.

The spawning system has been better, they've made tweaks to it. It's still not good, but there's not much to be done about it. Like I said, the maps are too small. On a map like Shipment in Call of Duty 4 or Nuketown in Black Ops you'd experience some terrible spawns as well. It happens in any Call of Duty, when you try and force a bunch of people into a cramped map. Modern Warfare 3 just has a ton of cramped maps. Almost exclusively cramped maps, in fact.

I like sniping in mw3 I'm working towards 1000 headshots with the MSR. The spawns suck mostly because they are really easy to work out for example, in FFA, plant yourself between two spawns and then kill somebody, turn around, kill them again. I play mercenary most of the time now. The spawns on interchange on domination are so bad, if you capture the C and the B flag then you can keep them stuck in the A flag for the majority of the game. One way out is a long corridor so that's easy to pick them off, and the other is three exits all towards an open area. Not sure how they could fix that though since it's going back to the older CoDs style of spawning. I don't spawn camp personally because that's no fun. Also how are people so good with shotguns? I try using one and I get hitmarker, hitmarker, dead. Other people get kill, kill, kill.

The only people I see with the MSR title are the ones who ONLY use the MSR. i.e. 1337 qu1cksc0p3rs.

its been over 3 months since i played mw3 lool, is it still very active on ps3? last time i checked it parred with BO's online players.

Not sure what I should spend my equipment token on.

It really seems like it could go either way. Activision probably has better lawyers, and if they have evidence to back up the whole "Infinity Ward was having deals with EA" then Infinity Ward's case would be fucked. Also Activision is the publisher, not the developer, so even if they got fucked in the court case, Treyarch wouldn't suddenly make a bad game. Also Activision has so much goddamn money that even if Infinity Ward won in a landslide, they'd probably be just fine. Infinity Ward says that in their contract they are the only ones entittled to make a CoD game set in the present, future, or near future settings.

That doesn't really change the fact that Activision is incredibly rich and have a ton of lawyers. I mean shit, if they wanted to, they could fire every single person at Infinity Ward and just hire on an entirely new group of people and still make a profit. Even if they lose every single court case they're currently involved in, Black Ops 2 development is well underway and the money loss probably wouldn't affect them until they were pretty much done with the game, if it would even affect them at all.
