Call of Duty V10 - Hop in, there's still room in the bandwagon!

Woah, do I see prone animations? Indeed, treyarch, you did a good job.
Is Black Ops 2 worth buying?
Does it have any significant changes to it? I don't want to buy another CoD with different maps and guns
Do a lot of people play Search and Destroy?
I only played S&D in CoD4 and I was really disappointed that barely anyone played it in MW3

Right now it doesn't seem so.
I'm quite upset that they got rid of dedicated servers, SnD was all I played in Black Ops 1 and having dedicated servers made it so much better, it would have a certain community on a server.
Now it won't have that, not sure I'll be able to enjoy it as much as I did.

At its core it's not very different.
In terms of atmosphere and whatnot, it's very different.
New technology and weapons make it pretty damn interesting.
Quite a few play hard core S&D.
Which is a lot of fun actually.
Also this is overall the most polished cod game ever.
They learned from their mistakes with black ops 1, the game is much more optimized and looks a fuck ton better.
Maps actually work for S&D now, and guns aren't as bad as they were in MW3.
The new customization system is pretty cool, it really lets you make the class you want.
Old school unlocks return, need headshots to get camouflages, and you can't just buy every perk you want from the get go, you have to rank to earn things unlike in black ops 1.
I had lost faith in COD after the disaster that MW3 was, but now I have faith back (at least for treyarch) that COD might still have some life left to it.
Was definitively worth the purchase.
Sigh.
I don't really like HC S&D. Everyone plays it on CoD4 now and BO1 had some sort of combination of 24/7 Nuketown/HC/Barebones for S&D.
I just wanna play regular S&D :[

The adrenaline rush after that was pretty crazy.
Hand started going numb.
That was pro as fuck. You just have a knife if you remove all weapons, right? Can you equip it as a standalone weapon while still having other weapons?

I lost faith in Infinity Ward after MW2.
I still have faith in Call of Duty solely because of Treyarch.
So what's the verdict? Is it good? I'm picking up my Hardened Edition copy soon.

You can choose to have one side arm, and that's it, or one main, or no weapons and just the knife, or two mains, or one main one side, you can do pretty much anything.
You have 10 points to fill, that includes perks, grenades, items, attachments, and wild cards.
The kit used in that video had just a knife and 6 perks.

I actually really, really, really, really, REALLY enjoyed MW2, spent 2K hours in it, loved the single players amazing ending, and I loved ranking in the multiplayer.
Went to 10th prestige about 4 times.
Only thing I hated is how they gave PC players nothing. No FOV adjustment, no console, no lean, no dedicated servers, just nothing.

It is good indeed.
I'm loving the map design, it's the best out of the series in my opinion.
Not sure if they're the best balance-wise, but they sure are the prettiest.

Was TranZit a hit or a flop?
Was TranZit a hit or a flop?
I actually haven't tried it yet.
I tried earlier but was unable to find a reliable host.
Anyone with the PS3 version? Are the texture still shit and slow to render like Black Ops 1?

I was just wondering if you could equip say a pistol in one slot and the standalone knife in the other. I know it would be useless since the regular knife attack function with guns probably functions the same, but I like the way it looks by itself and I could pretend I was solid snake or something. :v:
Does this game have leaning? Kind of looked like it in that video.

My friend has some footage of it. Textures still load when starting game, but they look nice once they're finished.

Excellent

Yes, leaning is in, and you can get a tac knife for your side arm, if that's what you mean, but if you just equip a side arm and nothing else, you can't switch to your knife, you can only swing it.
is it good for pc
[editline]13th November 2012[/editline]
i liked world at war that they gave for free
never played it before
played some tranzit. made it to round 15 until someone let the bus start moving without me and i got trapped at a farm :c
Thank god for viral infections. I get to stay home and play this bad boy all dayyyy.
So after about 4 hours of playing with the combat knife only, and winning most of the rounds.. :v:

To anyone curious about knife camo
Btw, you can have have knife and secondary weapon if you want. You just leave either secondary or primary open, and you get a knife. With my knife setup I run the b32r or what its called. I just call it beer. It's probably the best secondary in bo2, and supposedly very decent lifesaver with akimbo as well. Burst pistol
I still fucking cant play multiplayer on ps3. It's pissing me off -.-
god i wish i had the money to pick this up for ps3 hnngh
anything but battlefield 3 would be great right now
So...
Is it good?
I just got my PC copy from Gamestop.
Here's to hoping I don't get Mass Effect 2 on disc 2!
Can't play it yet, so I bought the soundtrack.
Far better than MW3's score.
MW3 had a sound-track?
MW3 had a sound-track?
A very awful and generic Brian Tyler score.
I had high hopes for Black Ops 2, but they kinda fell through after watching some of the videos. I was hoping for a bit more "Scifi" feel to it. It's too close to several other games that have already been out. Frontlines: Fuel of War anyone?
