So a generation or two ago, I had a matrilineal marriage for my daughter with the fourth son of the Capet King of France. Then I managed to kill every other son through exploiting the decision system and bribing their spymaster. Seemed like a good plan to get my Dynasty on the throne.
Well all my male heirs died so the one married to the Capet son was my heir, and I found out the Capet dynasty is almost dead (lol). I was the Queen of Ireland, Scotland and Wales while my husband was King of France. My son, and my now current character, has inherited both. Thing is I've been attacking England since I started this plot and I've almost got enough to Usurp the Crown, and then shortly after form Britannia. I'll need a few more years and the two provinces owned by the Duke of Gascogne in England should help (once he stops being a rebellious faggot). No point selling them to England but if I form the Empire, I'm not sure if I should keep it or not. I might not even be able to hold onto it for long due to my Vassals being dicks.
Also the feudal system in France is awful. Dukes own provinces everywhere and some are powerful enough to become Kings. What has the AI been doing?
It's it supposed to be annoying as hell playing as absynnia. I'm surrounded by muslim rulers with 34000 soilders and they keep declaring war on me constantly. The only reason i can hold them off is because the AI is stupid enough to walk there 20k doomstacks though places with 6k supply limits, so by the time they get to me there like 10K stacks.

After years of fighting, his successor (Who he had imprisoned for almost his entire life for a plot) manages to bring the rebellion. However, both Kingdoms have different laws, so after him its a fight between his brother and his nephew.)

No need to be hostile, I was just trying to spare more info for a new player, especially because trade was the thing that stumped me the most.
I could never do that good though. I always got kicked out because my trade research wasn't as good as some other nations.
Playing as the Kingdom of absynnia and trying to keep it christian in CK2 is impossible. I just got raped by the fatmids 300,000 soilders...

I thought conquering England would be a challenge as Norway. As it turns out, you can simply follow the behind William and siege the cities he did only a few moments ago allowing you to claim them quickly due to there being little defense and you steal his warscore. He also seems to completely ignore you as you do this.
Having a real good game as Aragon. The three brothers and I are constantly at war wither each other, however we always band together to fight the infidels.
Also, you know you're getting into CK2 when you remember all your vassals names and duties off the top of your head. I hope my current king ever dies, been playing as him since birth, he has all positive traits and is held in high regard all throughout Europe.

It's quite good playing in Iberia. I messed up my game though :( In an attempt to get more soldiers to take on the Muslims I invaded England and won. But the subsequent rebellions made my entire empire fall apart.
