On my hoi3 game, I was having this situation telling Britian to fucking die, then Russia attacks me in 1940 :suicide:, it was only because of Italy that Britian eventually surrendered.

Allow me to explain national unity.
When attacking someone who has their national unity at 50%, you will need to take 50% of their land to force a surrender. When attacking Britain it's advised to bomb the shit out of it until their national unity is [I]very[/I] low so that you may just walk across the Isles for them to surrender.
National unity at 100% => You have to take 100% of their land.
National unity at 25% => You have to take 25% of their land.

Its not land, its important cities/victory points.
You have to grab egypt/israel/jordon to deal the final blow to the UK usually.

I do have AHD, and I might combine the two ideas, form Gran Columbia, then conquest Central America and build a throne from raw cocaine.

France had a free CB against you, so they will take any war as an advantage to invade you.
I got lucky and managed to take Austria over (with Russias help) while the French were busy with Belgium. If it wasn't for Belgium, Russia, and the Ottomans, I would have been annihilated. Most of their troops never reached my borders.

I know how to fix that my friend. When you take London Russia declares war on you instantly, so invade from scotland and basicly push them all the way until you border London, then leave it until you build up a big enough army to invade those Russians, then when you do launch Operation Barbarossa taking London should pretty knock them out of the war.
