I couldn't get past the lack of anti-aliasing in most games on the Vita, jaggies everywhere. Hopefully the PS4 will have enough power to support anti-aliasing, if not I'm probably gonna pass on it.

I've personally never been bothered by jaggies. Uncharted, P4G, LBP Vita, and Hot Pursuit all look fantastic on my Vita.

Yeah they say "Coming in 2014 on PC and "all high-end platforms available"" so they may mean PS4.
Where were those number countdown pictures with characters in them coming from? Like the Witcher one above.

Here's my hopes:
[B]For Vita:[/B]
-Price Drop/New Bundle that comes with 32GB card. This was announced already for Japan, so hopefully it happens in the US.
-1 to 2 more exclusive Vita titles revealed.
That's the bare minimum I'm hoping for Vita. Realistically, I think Sony will probably gloss over Vita after announcing a price cut and vaguely hinting at new stuff to come at E3, then go on wondering why Vita isn't selling well.
[B]For PS4:[/B]
-Playstation Plus services available at the start. Hell, maybe even include 1 free PS4 game for Plus users at launch
-New Sucker Punch Game shown
-New Media Molecule game shown (seems likely given MM more or less is teasing it)
-Increased Vita-PS4 functionality. I'm kind of hoping they allow you to play Vita games through PS4 on your television, which would be pretty neat
-No bullshit (I.E No always online, no deterrents against used games): Sony could walk away this generation of consoles if they play it smart
Honestly, it'd be hard for Sony to fuck up the announcement of PS4. They could fail if they announce stupid bullshit as previously listed: but I don't think they'll fuck up.

-No Move or Eye Toy shit. I expect both to work on PS4, but don't waste time on touting that at this conference.

They won't be able to launch a next gen console at 250-300 dollars though like the PS3 is now. I wouldn't be surprised if it's in the 400-500 dollar range out the gate.
