I loved the shit out of #2 because of the city scenario and Leon, but 4 was just... the first play through was much more tense and suspenseful than any other RE game I had played in the past.
Sure it didn't have as many "OH FUCKIN BALLS SHIT ASDIMASODLK" moments like RE2 with shit poping through one sided windows when you didn't expect it, but it was one amazing game that I still play today.
