The devs are so fucking nice, it's marvelous how seriously they take their game so everyone can enjoy it without problems.
They need to fix the music, usually when you find a zoo and kill like 2 enemies the tune changes. It's annoying because you can't really enjoy the great music.
They should add more... hats.
They should add more... hats.
We already have quite a few TF2 hats. Fedora, Cone, Hachimaki, Bucket, and there's probably others too.
- Added an XML based, human-readable configuration file to hold all the new options.

They should add more... hats.
Fuck hats we need helmets.
A few pre-made artifacts would be nice, ones that spawn in the same way as existing ones but don't have the random names and stats, like a quad damage version of the Interdimensional Axe, a black version of the Great Helm with a bonus to max HP and "'Tis but a flesh wound" for the description or something.
There's not that many items really. but you rarely get enough of them to make good use of them.
Yeah, but the reason you never get enough of them is because there's so damn many items spawning. If there were significantly fewer items, there would be a higher chance of each one spawning.
Got to level 4 but was swarmed by Mustaches.
Yeah, but the reason you never get enough of them is because there's so damn many items spawning. Or increase the yield of crafts like potions and arrows.
they just need to spawn in stacks more often. Or increase the yield of crafts like potions and arrows.
That does happen, the higher the rank of a crafting skill you have the bigger batches of items you can make with the same ingredients.
I once found a recipe to make a sword with meat skewered on it. Didn't see the required level though.
Here's what the recipe looks like for anyone wondering.
I think they should just make crafting be more rewarding and less level restrictions on crafting. That solves most of the problems since I usually spend the entire game hauling ingots from one floor to another. Also.
- Fixed: knightly leap now operates in all correct chess positions.
Best update ever. My skill-set is entirely dependent on me being able to make a quick escape.
Gonna start a game on hardest level. Bare in mind I suck at this game. Stream: http://www.justin.tv/tanrifen Edit: Oh god I am dead already :( Lets try that again.. Edit: 4 deaths later..gonna drop the difficulty.
New information on the new patch for all of you, if you haven't read it already.
Auto looter, quick selling, and Steam overlay? Oh yes.
Once they add mod support, I will probably really get into modding this. Didn't try modding anything since Morrowind.
So when does the patch come out, does anyone know yet? [editline]19th July 2011[/editline] :D yay its already out
Found a monster zoo on the second floor, used an invisibility potion and ran away, tried kiting them through a door. Mini-boss came over and killed me. Losing is fun I suppose.
fuck fuck fuck my favorite dude just died dickshdjsj rest in peace
wait no it isnt whattt [editline]19th July 2011[/editline] The achievements tricked me, I thought the updated was live, im crying.
I've never really played rogue likes before, but this game seems rather fun. Would it be wise to buy it, even tough I have no experience of playing rogue likes?
This game is pretty much Babby's First Roguelike. There's an easy mode, the option to turn off permadeath, a thorough tutorial, and all the game-saving you want. But thankfully there are harder modes for the traditional roguelike fans

Finally got to Dredmor on my dwarf run and he kills me when he has around 1/5 health left... :suicide:

First run ever I got to the second floor and died because of a massive room full of monsters.
