Crafting items is not that hard, although alchemy and all that jazz is pretty complex. With all these ingredients it's pretty overwhelming.

I think it fits the style of the menu and character screen better and I prefer the pixelized look even though the hand-painted one is beatiful. IMHO it's still missing something and the background isn't quite the same as the main menu(I did it from scratch and 'twas lot of work). Should I continue working on this or use the character screen as a base for the next version(with the thinner borders and bit different colors)?

Yes, you can plant spores, I believe. But you can do that in corpses too, If my memory serves right.
Hit a monster zoo on the fouth floor, took like 20 minutes and got pretty close a few times :madmax:
I got killed by some unique monster on level 2.
What level are you guys when you head down a floor? I keep managing to get utterly screwed one room in on the second level.

I make sure to explore the entire floor and do all sidequests before going down.

I usually level up twice, go to next level.
If you go around being a rouge and disarming traps/unlocking doors then you get shitloads of XP

Honestly I have no idea if I'll like it or not, but I've only heard good things about it, and I thought that after the 1000th FPS I've been playing lately, I'd experiment with something new.
