Mine are usually stuff I come up with that relates to the current class... Like Steampuke V1-3 or Sneakystab V1-5
Mine are usually ; or " or whatever comes up when I hit the keyboard once. Which is pretty strange because on other roguelikes I usually care about my name.
i go like
Eeshton I, II, III, IV, etc
If I did that, I'd be on something like Deiru CXXVI...
I always just put my real name. I guess I'm just boring and uncreative.
I just mash random letters
Sometimes I name my guy Steve
Other times I name my guy SQUANDARLO
I usually name mine in a numbered fashion, sending waves of clones into the dungeons :v:
Orcy 1, Orcy 2 etc
Is the DLC worth buying?
I encrusted my dagger with the ultimate rearden thing, turns enemies to gold. why did I explode and die immediately upon attacking something?
I am guessing because it was unstable, and unstable weapons explode and kill things.
Dammit.
I really need to play this game more.

mainly you, though.
I always thought that no matter what there would always be at least 1 shop on each floor. I'm almost through the second floor (not very far, I know, but this is just perking my curiosity) and have yet to find any shops (or anvils). I am playing on the hardest difficulty, does that make a difference?

It shouldn't as far as I know, but are you playing on No Time to Grind? Because that definitely will make a difference.

I don't think so, I don't recall clicking that. Is there some way to check if its on?

Hrmm, Not really a for certain way, but you can tell if your map looks smaller than usual, then it might be..
Agh, I have a really weird problem with some characters... Sometimes when I get to the second floor, I start making huge fires out of nowhere, and randomly teleports around, and this will go on untill I die, either from the fires I am creating, or by teleporting into a crowd of enemies...

Are you encrusting weapons or armour a lot?
Havent encrusted anything, and this has happened before also, still with no encrustments
That sounds like what happens when you eat a root of t'char. Maybe you're getting that effect on you from a bug or something.

Map seems normal sized from what I can tell. And I just finished up the second floor, found only 1 tiny shop. Still no anvils though.

This is just a completely wild guess, but are you a magic-based character or do you use magic ocasionally? This happened to me once or twice, and after I used magic. I had a glove that increased my "Haywire Chance" by 5, and I'm guessing that what happened was an effect of the Haywire Chance.
Welp, that's the last time I'm playing Perma-death.
Level four, an almost completely completed skill book, loads of crafting supplies in the Wizards pocket realm, and fucking swag gear, all lost because I took on a "Pandora's box" baddy I shouldn't have :v:
Man If I had the money i'd buy this game+dlc in a heartbeat. Watched someone stream this on twitchtv and it was fun watching.
By the way, does anyone know where I can get the soundtrack from the game? I love the music that plays in the pocket dimension.

Just remembered that the composer posted the whole thing on Bandcamp.
Why hasn't he updated it? D:

Better yet, can someone tell me the names of the songs that play in the Pocket Dimension?
You can find the music of Dungeons of Dredmor in
...\Steam\steamapps\common\dungeons of dredmor\tunes\
I guess the music of the new DLC is in
...\Steam\steamapps\common\dungeons of dredmor\expansion3\tunes\
You fucking rock *fistbump*
While we're on the topic, favorite tracks?
The music you hear when you found a zoo is my favorite so far. Still, I like putting music of others games to the game. Like the Serious Sam music.

"steam/username/steamapps/common/dungeons of dredmor/tunes" or "/expansion3/tunes"
oh shit fuckin latte
I'm thinking about starting to mod the game.
I really want a mage version of berserker rage.
Is it just me, or do the Wizard Lands feel really... lacking? They're all (from what I've seen, about 4 of them) small, 5 minute, linear paths with low level loot. Am I missing something?
