So I used the Horadric Lutefisk Cube on the Zoo it was pretty fiery and I also used Bolt of Mass Destruction, then I Killed Brax and robbed him, his goons showed up to get me, I killed them, escaped to next level floor and sold the robbed stuff to other Brax. :v: Also this is on level 10 I believe ahaha.
ahh yes. The horse armor. Also, I wish necronomiconomics was less of a pain in the ass to use. I get that it is quite powerful, but the debuffs are literally killing me.

I don't know if this was added in a mod or not, but does anyone know where can I find dragon skulls? Some nice-looking crafting recipes need them and I've yet to find any.
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=76218276&searchtext= YES. THIS IS ALL I EVER WANTED. [editline]14th August 2012[/editline] On floor 1, there was a tiny monster zoo. Only about 6 monsters in it, and I cleared all but one with ease. The last one was tame and helped me fight, but I still had to kill it to clear the zoo. :saddowns:
When the skill is activated once, it causes your mana to drop by [Damage]. So because I had somewhere around 60 or so, it would be [Damage]*60 every time I got hit. So if it would have done 11 damage to me normally, it would instead be 660 mana damage per hit. Maybe a little less than that i'm not sure on the algorithm they use. I didn't really do much else other than stack the buff. Apparently a recent patch to DunDred reintroduced the bug, as I saw a bug report thread dating aug 2nd about it as well.
I meant how you did the bug, I know about the negative mana thing.
Anyone know if there's an up to date wiki?
I know that there isn't, although that's not very helpful.
Anyone know if there's an up to date wiki?
you can use http://j-factor.com/dredmorpedia/
Argh, I appear to have lost all motivation to play until the bugfix patch hits for some reason.
[t]http://i.imgur.com/vPM7J.png[/t] I knew floor 2 would be the end of me. I knew it. [editline]14th August 2012[/editline] Well, I was doing well in there, and then it CTD'd.
Finally traded for the Complete Pack. Thanks mutated! So I assume I should download the free DLC for this too?
Finally traded for the Complete Pack. Thanks mutated! So I assume I should download the free DLC for this too?
Yeah, after downloading the main game, download the free DLC from the store.
Yeah, after downloading the main game, download the free DLC from the store.
Ok cool. Can't wait to play this. Might try out that Build someone mentioned on the last page about Kicking enemies into meat :v:
Ok cool. Can't wait to play this.
Excellent! (And don't be afraid to come back if you have questions)
Excellent! (And don't be afraid to come back if you have questions)
Oh I'm sure i'll have a few of those to ask probably. Thanks.
Ok cool. Can't wait to play this. Might try out that Build someone mentioned on the last page about Kicking enemies into meat :v:
It's such a good build.
It's such a good build.
I got two questions Which of the skills should I level up first and how do I get to the pocket dimension where you can store your crap?
[t]http://i.imgur.com/vPM7J.png[/t] I knew floor 2 would be the end of me. I knew it. [editline]14th August 2012[/editline] Well, I was doing well in there, and then it CTD'd.
I'm usually like, open door, monster zoo oh shit, close door, come back later :v: I'm soon hitting 14th floor and then last one 15th.
I got two questions Which of the skills should I level up first and how do I get to the pocket dimension where you can store your crap?
First thing you do is cast plutonic fist onto yourself and try not to die until level 2. Then level up unarmed once you do hit 2, you get a knockback ability that you should spam endlessly. Then level up big game hunter all the way for added xp and meatkicking ability (as well as the ability to summon hunting diggles, which are decent in the beginning and serve as a wonderful distraction later on) Then I usually put one point into archaeology to donate artifacts for further xp At some point, put two points into battle geology, as seismic uppercut is amazing. The rest of the tree isn't spectacular, so I max it out last. After that, do whatever. I usually save anvils of krong until I'm very far into the dungeon, and when I max out my archaeology, I enchant the hell out of my jewellery. Try to get two shrike's rings, they are some of the best rings in the game for a melee character. To answer your second question, you find a set of wizard's keys. I've found them without fail at some point on the first level. Oh, and you should save every single steak you find. You eventually will find encrusting recipes that use the four steak types to give yourself +5 hp. Since you have big game hunter, you should be swimming in steaks. The only steak that doesn't appear from kicking things is the grilled steak, and that can be easily remedied by finding a grill and just using steaks on it (any steak turns into a grilled steak, even aged steaks). So after you get a bunch of steaks, you should encrust all your armor (spread out the encrusting, and try to avoid making it more than slightly unstable unless you have at least 6 or so fire resistance, as you will start exploding when things hit you). Once you get it going, you can net yourself 100+ extra hp, which is always nice.

Wonder if it's a good idea to try to kill the shop owner :v: Oh god I found a weapon that can wreck the shop keep. Then tons of demons come out of no where to wreck my shit oh boy. There goes the idea of stealing stuff :v:

But wait, I kick all the doors down. Damn. [editline]14th August 2012[/editline] This game in co-op would be hilarious. Magicka style co-op, where you and your friend die all the time.
This game in co-op would be hilarious. Magicka style co-op, where you and your friend die all the time.
Yeah, this was discussed before. Something like this would be annoying since Dungeons of Dredmor is turn based game. Also, I have bad experience playing RPG with friends, most of the times is about who picks the loot first.
Having to wait for the other person to finish their turn while walking around would be AGONY
Doesn't necessarily have to be a "you go, friend goes, you go, etc" system. If neither of you are moving, then the monsters won't move, but if you are standing still and your friend is moving, then the monsters will move in turn with your friend, while you stand still.

What the hell is that? Do I go through it?
It's a portal to a bonus level that usually turn out pretty hard, but they're buggy at the moment, I'd not in case you lose your save.
What the hell is that? Do I go through it?
This will teleport you to a random wizardland. It could be harmless, it could be level 12 monsters that will murder you. up to you, though.
It's a portal to a bonus level that usually turn out pretty hard, but they're buggy at the moment, I'd not in case you lose your save.
Alright, thanks.
Alright, thanks.
The next patch is supposed to fix the problems though, I'm saving up my teleporter codes until then.
