It won't matter for your mob farms if you actually farm and kill the mobs off before the next spawn.

Not the world itself, but there are programs you can use to download parts of it that you're in.

No for two reasons. One, its not possible currently, and two, even if it were, you'd have to download 200gb or so just to fly for hours over vast nothing, because barely anybody makes it obvious where they live.
