I had a double one before I moved. I made a walkway under the spawners and used a fence above it. They cant hit you but you can hit them.
Looked like this, you stand under the fence, the spiders will climb the fence to the ceiling and sit there. You spam hit them. Water makes sure all items dropped go into the hole your in.

I found at least twenty signs in one room with people just stating they were there. It was pretty wrecked in some parts of the factory, but I think people are honestly just saying, "Nope. Doesn't deserve to be destroyed" and walks away.

If 2b2t reset, I don't think it'd be worth playing on as much personally. It's just not the same without the cobblestone spawn we all know and love.

hause would only need to give us a few stacks of TNT each. But in general I don't think it would take long for it to become 2b2t like. However it'll take months to get good ruins to explore.

Someone should build a giant tunnel that starts at the spawn and loops around itself enough times to make any players that follows it die of hunger. Have signs along the way that say like "almost there!" and "you're really close to finding the chest full of supplies now"
