Looks almost like the map has been reset but I recognize small things from the spawn and the direction I am heading. Getting out of spawn on the other hand took a long bloody while, people attacking and the huge fuck off barrier I had to climb with a water elevator for 10 minutes.
Still starting again. Can tell spawn is bad when you hit a Desert biome and see nothing be water and stone.

pro tip, speedhacks work going up from water or on ladders.
Stole some melon seeds and a crafting bench on my way out of spawn so at least I won't stave to death just yet.

I was wandering away from spawn on an alt and eventually made it to 3000x 3000z. There's a big half-greifed floaty castle thing in the sky. It's pretty cool if anyone wanted to go check it out. Also, there is a ton of trees and a melon farm out there too.

Lost my melon seeds and food thereafter, wandered into some desert and starved to death.
Headed in the opposite direction using a nether portal and am a good distance out now, and a bonus, I found a cache filled with slime, iron, gold and diamond equipment at the exit portal in the overworld :v:
Unfortunately though I seem to be in some area that has weird chunk displacements as it keeps telling me I'm in an ocean when I'm walking along something more like the cliffs of bloody Dover.

Why the dumbs? It literally didn't ask me anything it just downloaded Java 32-bit and even when I tried to "verify" it on their website it said it was a-ok, if it wasn't for minecraft telling me 32-bit java doesn't work well with it, I never would have figured this out and it is the monkeys at Javas fault.
Well, I finished up the first grinder for the double blaze spawner I found. It's Etho's design, and it works really well. The XP I have in the screenshots is from about 15 minutes of use.

Some multiplayer glitch causes blazes to appear outside of the spawning chamber, but it still works fine.

go into nether
pick up mushrooms
go out far and find another portal
exit portal
cut down tree
make mushroom soup
spawn is currently under lava - I assume this is probably tradition tbh

walk out until first tree, usually within 2k (certainly in the +/+ direction)
Either:
- Kill spider(s) build fishing rod -> catch fish (spider eye's can be eaten as well, gives poison though)
- Kill zombies, eat rotten flesh
- Kill skeletons, use bonemeal on grass (edit: grass block) -> cut grass to find wheat
- go roughly in a circle around spawn (500/100 blocks) many have starter up stuff like wheat in this range (watch out for people in diamond gear, better keep distance)
Repeat until you have enough wheat -> build small hidden farm. If still lack of bucket, let water flow in from above lake / ocean / river into a small hidden dug in place. Remember, it keeps flowing as long as it goes down each 6 blocks.

I asked someone for food and they gave me 4 pieces of bread. If it weren't for him, I would still be at spawn trying to leave.
I now have a full stack of each mushroom for stew, bread and some porkchops/steak.
This is so difficult found 100's of brown mushrooms then starved as had no red or bowl and got lost in nether i just want to find a bed outside the spawn can anyone help me?
