How the Hell do I get out out of debt in Rome. Im thousands of currencies in debt on all of my cities.
big cities are gonna get in debt as they grow up, just deal with it. Invest in markets, roads and ports and just go conquer more cities. Exterminate new cities, for some reason taxes don't go up with population. I think.

I think.
I'm pretty sure they do, you get a percentage of the total city's wealth according to taxes, etc, and the more people = more wealth, although it doesn't really matter, roads markets and ports are much more important for the city's wealth. You should check your financial tab and see where are all of your expenses going, I'm guessing it's the army, perhaps you should disband some regiments that you don't need?
Better yet, go kill them in the field of battle.
In Empire Total War if I can't pay my bills I try to stop fighting wars, then I demolish the army that I was using for that war.
Better yet, go kill them in the field of battle.
Yeah, if you have too many soldiers than you need, declare war on a small-time country, and just send them all off conquering cities, then choose to raze the city, you'll get a lot of money for that, while your army upkeep lowers, and when you finish conquering them all, release the units you don't need (but don't forget to leave troops in angry cities, if you don't want them revolting against you). Basically blitz the hell out of them.
does anyone have a fix for the massive camera stuttering in napoleon? its really rediculous and i cant find a way to fix it, hopefully someone here knows what im talking about
I began a Denmark AAR, and I think I might go forward with this. Here are a few pictures of the AAR. I can link the thing if anybody would like me to: And here's an awesome Pope that appeared in my game:
The pope hates, everybody hates me, how do I increase my pope points? Also, i'm tearing shit up in egypt with a cruzading army that missed its target one turn late so I just went around sacking everything.

He is easy as hell to keep in good favor which in turn allows you to pretty much command him. How to increase favor -Ally with the Papalcy(This will also give you immunity from other Catholic nations.) -Send him tribute(usually 2-3k) and shit like Map Info -Conquer a city and you really don't want it? Gift it to the Papalcy(This will give you massive increases in standing) -Convert populace(Just stick 2 priests in the middle east) -Camp outside a city you want, call crusade, then conquer it -Build churches(bonus points if you wait to build a church only when you get a mission from the Pope)
Shogun2 has the workshop now? AWESOME! [editline]2nd October 2012[/editline]
How the Hell do I get out out of debt in Rome.
Does anyone know any really good mods for M2TW that don't need Kingdoms?
Pls respond Yeah, fucking rate me dumb and don't give a response you tards.
Stainless steel, maybe?
pretty sure SS needs kingdoms

[editline]2nd October 2012[/editline] Kingdoms is cheap and it is probably one of the most high quality expansion packs to ever come out for any game. Ever.
Even as something basic such as the led caused Rome to fall (because they used led pipes to transport their water near the end of the Empire). Then again, if you're aware of the Byzantine's then you'll know Roman Empire didn't actually die until 1453.

The Roman army was full of them, at one point it was commanded by a barbarian who decided he wanted to be in charge. Which is why after the Western empire fell the eastern empire killed or expelled any non roman citizens. which is one of the reasons the eastern empire didn't fall with the west.

And the Byzantines were just a small fraction of the empire who survived in name for longer but had so many civil wars and such they were barely even the same thing by the time they fell.
Still, using that argument, Rome was barely Rome by the time the empire came about.

Defining what Rome was is a totally different discussion though as their culture evolved so much, Byzantines were Roman because they held Roman customs and culture very close. Heck that was one of the reasons for the first crusade, to save the Byzantines from the East.

Its possible they used the Byzantines as an excuse to launch a large scale military campaign in the holy land. Seeing as relations between the Byzantines and the Latins had gone to shit ever since the western and greek churches spilt. That and the 4th crusade ended in the sacking of Constantinople, so they obviously didn't like them too much.
of course, but it was a nice excuse.

I'm playing Kingdoms as The aztecs and my balls just got sacrificed to the sun god when I saw that new spain had allied themselves to the toltecas.
Just gonna post this here: http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1215694
Pls respond Yeah, fucking rate me dumb and don't give a response you tards.
You really have no excuse to not have Kingdoms by this point.
Kingdoms only adds the 4 new campaigns, right? (It's well worth it, though)
I have a mod that combines the kingdom expansions into the default campaign instead of making them separate ones. It also adds more units for other factions (like musketeers for most countries instead of just Spain).
You really have no excuse to not have Kingdoms by this point.
The way they handled kingdoms was pretty goofy during the sale. It wasn't in the 'complete' collection and both Medieval II and Medieval II: Gold were seperate entities with the same price, leading to some confusion. At least one of my steam friends bought Medieval II without realizing the gold pack with kingdoms was the same price.
