My good friend qwertyuiopthepie from another forum I used to frequent showed me it, we played on his server, and eventually I bought it a few days later. Sold that account a month after Infdev came out as I didn't like it so much, picked Minecraft up again in late Alpha.

Reason is: He has high functioning aspergers and is very aggressive.

A few weeks before multiplayer was added to creative mode.
I also remember the FP level, were we took turns each of us to add something to the level.
I remember me and Jallen building on this huge cobblestone pyramide.
I played a friend's version when it was in Indev. Put it down. Later when there was the"free" weekend,i tried it again and liked it. Put it down.last day of alpha I bought it, figured it would come out on Android eventually. Put it down. A week later I tried SMP on a friend's server. Never put out down again.

Sometime in late Indev, around February 6th.
I was one of the first 250 to buy it.
Back before creative multiplayer was even announced. I was also the 5th person to join the forums and bought the game when Notch said he would release a early survival test for people who bought the game.
I got Minecraft 10 days before it went beta.
