I started out when playing survival was free and zombies wore armor (RIP). After that I got bored and quit for a while, then came back when the game was like, 15 dollars.
While beta 1.2 pretty new tbh.
I first bought the game around a week before 1.3 came out, Already knew about the game because my brother plays it alot.
Yesterday
About two months ago, saw my friend playing so I decide to try it.
When infdev was in it's heavy development stages.
Friend bought it for me.

I played it earlier too, but back then I wasn't sure on purchasing it.
When it was in Alpha 1.0.14
I bought it a month earlier than halloween update
I started play minecraft classic in July
around Jan. 2010 and i bought it around March 2010

I bought it in mid alpha but never got around to playing it until the day before the big halloween update with the portals etc.
Pre-alpha when it was just a little tech demo

I got it, I don't even remember the date, it was so long ago, but I got it and I believe I was the 856th buyer.
not sure but around when it just came out a friend gifted it to me and a friend and bought himself one

When I made a house in my first world, I expanded it into an entire headquarters. I thought it would be nice to live a bigger house that was above ground, and when I finished making that house, I accidentally burned it down while trying to make a Netherrack fireplace. I wanted to go back to my old house but I destroyed it before I left it. I had to delete it :frown:. I tried recovering it, but the recovery programs I've used have only shown level.dat files that were created a month after I made my first world.
If I remember right I hink it was when it was 1.0.12. It might have been the version before that.
About 2 months ago. Heard people talk about it and checked the tutorial videos out. Then, INSTA-BUY-OF-TOTAL-EPICNESS.
Before Survival Test came out I believe, May-June '10ish. But I only purchased it a couple of months later just after he implemented dynamic lighting, that's what got me over the fence
EDIT: wow nevermind, I actually found a thread I made on another forum which was made on 31-08-2009, it had 1780 purchases in the screenshot, much earlier than I thought. Time flies
