So my group just fought our first dragon last session. Shit got pretty intense, everyone was throwing absolutely everything we had at it, except for me, being the Cleric and almost entirely in charge of healing. After a while our DM starts telling us that it was on insanely low health. Now, with our luck from that point nothing we used hit him, we just kept missing and missing. So then it came in for some melee attacks on us, he hit 3 members of our party for crit damage, knocking all of them unconcious. The only people left were me and our melee damage dealer (a halfling rogue).
So as he flies off we both get attacks of opportunity. The rogue gets plus 11 to hit in this turn because of a bonus I gave him... And rolls a natural 1. And then it comes to me. The one person who had not dealt a single point of damage this entire encounter. I hit exactly on the dragon's AC and roll minimum damage with a basic melee attack (which for me is 4). And I kill it.
Needless to say, my party now consider me a killstealing jackass :v:
Okay, I need 5 unique classes.
Nothing like "barbarian wizard rogue" but actually original things...
So far I got:
Skinwalker (Magic/Combat)
Witch Doctor (Pure Magic)
Blood Mage
Shadowstalker
Voodoo Weaver
I don't know what you need those for but whatever.

Elaborate on the last two.
Use your imagination. What do you think of when I mention those two?
Did some character portraits for the DnD group I'm joining.
His BBEG bard:

And his bodyguard; my Warforged Fighter.

Sure, why not?

Shadowstalker:
One who is one with the shadows. He stalks, assassinates and steals without people even noticing he's there. He jumps in one shadow, gets out of another one. Stealth and speed is what he has. A ninja.
Voodoo Weaver:
Something like the Diablo 3 Witch Doctor, uses a doll that automaticly polymorphs into his chosen opponent. Can cast magic, and everything done to his doll happens to the enemy.

Oh god sounds so OP.
Guys, what do you think of this? ;
Dragoon
Combat/Stealth
The dragoon is a quick, yet deadly, force. They rely on speed to take down their opponents, with quick stabs and parrying hits. The dragoon -almost always- uses a spear, usually paired with a shield. Sometimes a dragoon uses magic, although those are the rarer ones. Their spears allow for longer range combat then weapons like swords. Yet, as a backup weapon, dragoons mostly learn the way of wielding a shortsword or casting cantrips.
Dragoons, in Forsaken villages, usually serve as the Village Elder's personal guard, and compose most of their army.
Dragoons usually serve as the first wave of soldiers in an army, as shock troops.
The dragoon gains the following for free:
Spear Usage (Weapon Style)
Spear-and-Shield (Weapon Style)
Leap-Jab (Combat Move)
Hide (Utility Move)
Improved Dodging (Feat)
Cast Cantrips (Feat) or Shortsword Usage (Weapon Style)
Criticism would be nice.
They need plenty of jumping around.
Infact they need to be incapable of attacking at all without jumping.
So how much screwing over other players is expected/allowed in a typical game of Vampire: The Masquerade? Or is that something exclusively for the Storyteller to do?
How many fishmalks do you plan on having?

I didn't see historical dragoons jumping around like bunnies.
They do get some jumping-related feats and skills tho.
But I wanted to know how you feel about the fluff and whatelse.

Nope, two "secret" clan players (neither of which are Malkavian), a Toreador, a Giovanni, and a Lasombra are in the group.

Fluffed the shadowstalker abit:
Shadowstalker
Stealth
The Shadowstalker is one with the shadows. They are invisible when they wish to be, and the shadows is their domain. Shadowstalkers embrace it, and within the shadows they find their source of power; the Umbra. They can use the Umbra to a great extent. Some shadowstalkers use it as a refuge, others use it as a fighting style.
The shadowstalker can, within limits, enter one shadow and come out of another one. Only the most skilled can enter their own shadows. Shadowstalkers are known to be, to get and to know what they should not.
Shadowstalkers are mostly used as spies, assassins and thieves, and are the enforcers of an Village Elder.
The shadowstalker gains the following for free:
Dagger Usage (Weapon Style) Rank 1
Shortsword Usage (Weapon Style) Rank 1
Two-Weapon-Fighting (Weapon Style)
Shadowstep (Utility Move)
Umbra Conducting (Feat)
Improved Dodging (Feat)
Hide (Utility Move) Rank 2

I know what a fishmalk is, it's just that there aren't no Malkavians of any fishiness in the game.
It's true.
That doesn't make it less heretical.
How do you even play in a group over the Internet ?
