So me and a friend were doing our usual zweihandler gank squad in the forest and some guy (from germany so hes lagging all over the place) invades that just spams tranqual walk with a greatsword, he got firmly stunlocked apon casting it a third time and destroyed. And oh my god the rage mail. He went so far as to call me a "Dirt Child" after I informed him that no matter how many times he called me a kid and told me to go to bed, it would not lower my age to that of an infant. People get so mad at this game even though they lose literally no souls or humanity invading as forest bro's. ~ God its been over 30 minuites and hes still messaging me about how he shouldn't have to translate into English for me to read and that I should look up how to speak German(in German) , I dont understand some of what hes writing to me but christ is he mad.

Oooor 1. Have 100 Phys shield 2. Go toe-to-toe with Taurus like a man 3. Bait attacks 4. Backpedal to dodge 5. Do damage 6. Block the long-range attacks 7. Win

or trick it into jumping backwards like a retard off the edge of the cliff

Alternatively, do what I did the first time I fought the Taurus demon. Run around its legs with your shield up, take some potshots every once in a while, stare blankly at the screen once the Taurus demon jumps off the side of the bridge. [editline]19th February 2013[/editline] Motherfucker.

What the fuck. Every time after like 5 minutes of playing I get disconnected... After that when I get back to game I might be online or not. Anyways if I'm online after that it doesn't get disconnected. Annoying as hell. Is there any quick way to tell if you're online or not? Also, my GFWL says that UPnP is available and in use and NAT is open.

One of my favorite weapons (Claymore) is right after the Taurus Demon, just chilling on a corpse. Undead Soldiers will drop Longswords which are good, or you can buy them later for 1000 souls.

the majority of your weapons will be weapon drops, probably. i think the only weapon i EVER bought was the reinforced club for my sl1.

Started my SL1 playthrough tonight. So far I've killed Capra, Gargoyles, Moonlight Butterfly, opened the crest door, saved Laurentius and Griggs, got the Large Ember, ROFAP, and got my Estus +2.
