The weirdest thing ever just happened to me... I was invading in the church using the red eye orb with my SL1, and I get the "Invading another world..." message - but when I get past the loading screen it tells me "summoned to world of XYZ" and I'm a white phantom... I also spawned at the top of the church near the boss fog, never put down a white soapstone sign, and the host was miles away :v:

Might as well help the host out if that happens.

What's a good place to get summoned around SL70?

I did help him, we killed the gargoyles :v:

Strangely enough, I do Duke's as the last Lord Soul area because I hate it. Seriously, those crystal fuckers that do like half your health and take little damage, channelers, snake guys, crystal golems, invisible paths, clams, and curses.

I found Dukes to be quite enjoyable barring the Channelers.

Rang my first bell the other day. Playing a knight, only information I'm using is what I've seen from watching my friend play. So I've got the Drake Sword and that's about it. Oh, also this giant demon hammer from that asylum demon, but that was more or less a fluke. He jumped down, my gift was black firebombs, I reacted.

Drop it on the ground. Find the nearest ledge and walk off. Play the game. Also, you did a good thing with those black firebombs.

This whole summoning thing doesn't seem to be working too well :(

OK, better luck next time I guess.

I usually let people summon me a few times before attempting a boss myself, since I'm still doing my first play through, lets me learn the boss and help someone out at the same time.

Time to turn my 360 on and figure out where I'm going next.
