Not sure if i mentioned this before, but me and my friend are doing opposite runs e.g he is str with heavy armour, i am decks of cards with light armour he picked kingseeker frampt + warriors of sunlight, i picked darkseeker kaathe + darkwraith

Yeah, that breaks when you die with it on, so only use it if you really need to.

I made a new character and decided I'd get every item. Just got through Blighttown and it wasn't nearly as bad as I remember. I still got hit by toxic but I was prepared. There are a ton of soul items in Blighttown I had forgotten about.

I found blighttown to be fairly OK, the only real issues I had was the first time I fought the Dung guys

Lets not forget, the REAL enemy of Blighttown is the horrible frames.

Upgraded by reinforced bat to +6, bought loads of anti-poison stuff, reinforced some armor and repaired everything. Come at me Blighttown.

Why use the club if you aren't doing an SL1 run? It's not bad, sure, but there are plenty of better things to use.

I do so much backtracking in this game (and kill everything on my way) to get items I missed, or simply because I end up taking the long way to get somewhere, that I feel I overleveled myself grossly. Was in my 60s when I first got to Blighttown; in Anor Londo now and I'm pushing toward 90. Got 20 +3 flasks and haven't used a single one since I entered Sens Fortress -- the Heal spell and Ring of the Evil Eye being enough to get me to the next bonefire(s). Considering starting over and not wasting so much time wandering around killing shit.

Jesus Christ. Stop leveling up. Level up your weapons or something.

yeah dude you're supposed to be around level 20 for blighttown and around 40 for anor londo :v

Get some moss and a few poison arrows for that giant squid thing in the wall and you'll be outta there in less than an hour.

Sat around for about 40 minutes in anal ravage and no summons, and without Solaire I don't think I have the patience to take on track & field solo.

Let it go guys, EVERYONE is overleveled the first run through because yay numbers. If their build isn't rubbish they'll probably go back later and 'fix' the char into a SL99 Darkwraith like I did.

if you can't kill smough before solaire kills ornstein you don't deserve his armor. the hard part of the fight is fighting two at once. if solaire's distracting one of them, go for the other one. one on one they're a piece of cake. and solaire does crap damage.
