I find myself more often than not rushing out for extra ammo, then trying to kill the hunters with the jackal to slow their advance and pyramid schemes.
I had a load of fun with the beta today but only because everyone else was bad and it made me feel good about myself
I finally got to play my first games of Hunter today and it's surprisingly fun.
Typhoon's shotgun mode is fun btw, shame it's not in hunter mode.

I'd rather buy the soundtrack or the main menu music from the beta.. i'd probably enjoy that more than the game..

The biggest irony is that many DX9 and DX10 cards are powerful enough to support C3. I'm quite angry because C1 and C2 ran fine maxed out on my HD4850.

I'm running it off a 590 and I would like to believe I can tweak the settings abit high but doesn't seem to be happening. Just feel like the game studders from time to time for a split second then I lose sight of the guy I'm chasing... (or a guy in cloack).
my game doesnt stutters but instead runs overall bad..
i mean did they fucked someting when they did crysis 3 or what..

Still a beta afterall. Crysis 2 beta had way more problems but wtv. I think I'll pass this game as I just reminded myself that I suck at Crysis (I was decent in 1 but after 2 everything just went downhill). My situation now is the random mili second framedrop which completely makes the movements awkward

Speaking of old games I feel that the newer games coming out are either way too dark or way too bright in its respective areas.

It's true but I guess people like a good story, gameplay in that sort of way... but I love anything either way... if it's good or not ofcourse to my taste, I enjoy Crysis, 2 and the beta for 3's mp it's my guilty pleasure.. it clones cod but it's not cod if you know what I mean, it seems to entertain me more than the cod games.
I also apparently don't have a DX11 card despite Crysis 2 running perfectly fine at medium-high settings for me.

Crysis 2 wasn't a DX11 title without the patch, it was DX9.
What's your card?
This game sucks on consoles, not because of the graphics, but because there's a fucking built-in aimbot that is actually ridiculous.

Who else goes scout in the crash site mode and just run n' gun everyone? I've come top 3 and/or been MVP my last 12 games.
CryEngine 2 and 3 had really great caustic effects. I feel like it would be completely awesome to make use of them, like imagine underwater MP levels (kinda like the UT levels with scuba gear) where you fight underwater and it controls like Crysis 1 did in the zero-G environment.
That would be really fucking awesome, especially with how pretty CE3's underwater effects are.
I managed to win a game of Hunted without killing a single hunter, I never even saw one when I was C.E.L.L.
(I did get 7 kills as the first Hunter though)
I also had a funny moment in the beta where I was wandering around the museum level and noticed I could pull a stone tablet off the wall. After I did that I turned around to find someone shooting arrows at me from about 10 feet away. I immediately threw the tablet at him and killed him :v:
You can also rip lamp posts out of the ground and throw them at people too, or use them as giant bats and flail them around
