Personally it was Gex 3: Deep Cover Gex, I was young at the time and one specific level scared the shit out of me.
I'm talking, of course, about the one where you're a parody of Sherlock Holmes, the stuffed grizzlies that came to life and chased you scared the [B]shit[/B] out of me.
FEAR used to kept me up at night... I just find Alma to be scary. Sort of an unsettling appearance...
I played HL2 and didn't know that headcrabs lived if you only shot the zombie's body. Kept me up and jittery all night. Things still make me jump.

I had a nightmare about scarecrow from Batman Arcane Asylum. It was scary because scarecrow induces nightmares which made scarecrow appeared then he induced nightmares.
It was one big loop after that.

I played that game. Weird... got there, and took out one of the snipers and repeatedly shot it several times, just to ensure it's dead.

I never want to explain wandering through a mansion with a Bo Staff and Nunchucks. Weird monster things everywhere... woke up and played some gmod. I have the weirdest nightmares...

I had a quite weird nightmare when I was little. An autistic person head was mounted on a pole in my basement and would spit acid at me and follow me, while my parents escaped to space with a rocket and left me a pair of flip flops. Then, a bunch of weird looking demented monsters attacked me. They looked like naked Nosferatus from Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines. Creepy shit. I don't remember what they were influenced from.
