Anything with underwater enemies in it.
I get that whole helpless nothing you can do feeling when I see underwater enemies.
For example the Crocodile in Indiana Jones and the Emperors Tomb, the Dog-fish in Conkers Bad Fur Day, the Snake Colossus in Shadow of the Colossus, and pretty much any others.

The original Half Life. I was playing the demo when I was 5-6ish, wandering around all carefree and innocent, until I turned around and a zombie was RIGHT THERE with it's arms raised. I covered my eyes and quickly switched off the PS2 (yes I was playing it on PS2), that night I had a nightmare in which I was chased around my house by one of the zombies :crying:
Doom 3, I'd never really played a "scary" shooter like that before, and my friend's dad bought doom 3, and we watched him play it on their massive computer screen with surround sound, and then he asked me to have a go when it came to fighting the first pinky demon. Seems stupid now but just the idea of the monsters scared the shit out of me. I'd always played like flight sims and midtown madness as a kid so this was a shock.
Ocarina of Time. Fucking dead hand. I have never slept with my eyes closed since.
Also, Thief 3. The Shalebridge Cradle. IT WILL MAKE YOU SHIT YOUR PANTS, COLLECT THE SHIT IN A BAG, MAKE YOU EAT IT, COLLECT THE SHIT YOU JUST SHIT OUT MADE OF YOUR OTHER SHIT, EAT IT, VOMIT IT OUT ON YOUR DOG, THE DOG MELTS AND THEN IT MAKES YOU DRINK YOUR GRANDDAD.
It is that frightening.
