I am on the low pool and i usually ask people how much days you have 3.. 20.. 43.. 61... 18.. 14.. 6.. 588 Days Proof : http://i45.tinypic.com/219zy1f.png
How can you possibly fail as Tidehunter? It's like get blink, R, E, Q. Done Some people amaze me
Tide pretty much never used his ulti (Nor did Zeus), and they were level 12 and 13 while me and Drow was 20 and 21. Enemy team was varying from level 14 - 19 I wasn't on Tide and Zeus lane so I don't specifically know what they did, but I noticed he uses his mana very sparingly.
What the hell have you been doing?
Probably abandoning a lot, getting a few days there, then abandoning again, then getting a day or so extra, then abandoning AGAIN and then they will give you a shit ton of low queue days.
I've only had a max of one day.
-snip misread-
Submit that to Valve, I don't think they would hand out 588 days.
Just got done with a game as weaver, a phantom assassin was laning with me and was constantly stealing all of my last hits. I asked them to please stop, and they called me greedy and said that they were a carry. I told them I was also an item dependent hero, and they asked if i thought I was better then them. I said no, I just didn't want them to keep stealing my last hits. They then retorted that stealing LH's isn't possible, so I just went off and roamed and jungled for the rest of the game.
PA is just as hard a carry as you and needed those last hits as much as you did. It's you team's fault for forcing two carries in one lane. [editline]6th July 2012[/editline]
But Slardar is also hardcarry.
Slar is a semicarry. He's like a Void who can't attack fast enough to permabash, so he tanks up instead. Pretty much ever "strength carry" except for Ostarion, Banehallow, and Nessaj are semicarries. [editline]6th July 2012[/editline]
Slardar is an anti-carry. With farm he can semi-carry but you dont pick him as a carry.
You pick him up as a stunner and a counter to invis-heros. He's also a really awesome ganker in the early game due to his decent damage, great chasing mechanism, and strong, reliable stun.
had a game not too long ago that I had a Nightstalker who just refused to gank during the first night, nor did he put a point into darkness until level 10, also never used Darkness when it was night.
I've just played with a Lycan who jugnled bad (he started jungling after 3 lvl), didn't help Beast Master on the nearby lane, didn't enter teamfights, didn't gank, went 1vs5, didn't backdoor. I guess that's it.
I just played with an AM that rushed vlads, then boots, skullbasher and lastly he bought BF when we pushed the ancient. All he did was KS, the entire game. Also had a dark seer who baited me into initate the enemy laners and got me killed instantly. I died 3 times because of that. And my team got mad at me after I ignore him further. [editline]7th July 2012[/editline] Oh, and AM laughed at me telling him he should get BF after boots.
So I had this one game where Kunkka built battlefuries, I'm saying battlefuries because after he built one he would continue to build more. He ended the game with three battlefuries, never bought anything else. What the fuck is the point if he has tidebringer?

So many indirect kills.
His Tidebringer is a 100% cleave, and I think Battlefury's cleave stacks, so he pretty much had 205% cleave with Tidebringer. I could be wrong.
They stack, but there's no point getting THREE battlefuries.
I love doing that as Dark Seer. So many indirect kills. They stack, but there's no point getting THREE battlefuries.
Go 6 or go home
if every hero on your team doesn't have 6 rapiers by the end of the game you have failed as a player
Go 6 or go home
3 level 6 dagons. Ultimate skill.
They stack, but there's no point getting THREE battlefuries.
If he had 5 battlefuries, now that would be a different story!
I wonder would it be effective if your team had Lina and Lion, both with Dagon lvl 5 and Aghanim's.
Better add Pugna for good measure.
Better add Pugna for good measure.
And Alchemist for bad ones.
And Alchemist for bad ones.
Alchemist isn't a bad hero, he is one of my most played. He needs a little buff though.
Not really, Alchemist can be super strong if you hold the greed chain going and get the cash. I think he's one of the most overlooked carries.
But the current metagame is "PUSH LIKE MAD" so he's a no go.
But the current metagame is "PUSH LIKE MAD" so he's a no go.
I think you mixed up SMITE and DotA. I always play passive and farm/deny until i know I can get secure kill then push if it goes as planned.
So I had this one game where Kunkka built battlefuries, I'm saying battlefuries because after he built one he would continue to build more. Venge who sat back and played passively during laning, leveled Q but never used it, spammed terror and didn't harass once. I was playing spectre, and being harassed off-lane as spectre is not fun at all.
Slardar who didn't fight with the team ONCE. even in 40 min lategame. He had assault cuirass, desolator and other good shit but he just kept on farmin'. When we'd all die he'd rush into the enemy team and try to 5v1.
I had a clockwerk on our team that got our entire team killed about 3 times because he had never played clockwerk, so he used his cogs right during a team fight and got us all trapped in one easily manageable spot for the enemy. Something is wrong if you have to run from your own teammate in a teamfight.
if every hero on your team doesn't have 6 level 5 dagons by the end of the game you have failed as a player
ftfy
I just played a game where the enemy team had a Pudge and a Chen who were intentionally trying to fountain-hook all game. They landed a total of 4 hooks and lost the game because Pudge was never at any teamfights, Chen would just send him back before he could fight.
Enemy team unpausing an incredibly close game because they want to take down final rax in a 4v5, instead of waiting for 5th. Most of them didn't even speak English. They were totally getting wrecked too, but their Luna had the bright idea of backdooring our entire base while we were pushing mid. We would've won too if I had been able to TP back sooner and stop her as Dirge. Oh well.
