I'm going to rant on behalf of a friend, his computer crashes and needs to be restarted, me and my other friend tells everyone to pause for a second so he can rejoin, we pause and they unpause even though their nature's prophet told them as well to just pause for a second after we explained it. In the end he rejoined but got the abandonment punishment while it was still loading jeez why can't people just wait for a moment it's not like anyone on dota will be in that much of a hurry.

A lot of players have no honor. Sadly I've been encountering more and more of them.

Wow I just played with the worst lane partner ever. An omniknight who barely heals me, keeps stealing my last hits which would be invaluable for me as Gondar, and on top of everything, even gave magic immunity to a Sven I was almost killing... Seriously. Worst fucking lane partner I have ever seen... Dark Seer was so fed, he had a radiance, and ion shelled itself and vaccumed us all into him for heavy damage.

I've got a game with 6 afk the dire team never picked a hero we paused and wait until 10 minutes we paused and they never connected :S

Okay, where to begin. Played my first game as Drow, and got put in solo mid. I don't mind, I did well against the exort exort exort exort exort Invoker (didn't use anything other than exort). Top lane was a sven and razor that did very well and got several kills, including first blood. However, bottom was a treant and visage. Visage never used the stun on his familiars, and treant fed over and over again like he was the main course of a chinese all you can eat buffet. I think I did well, ended at level 22, 5 levels over anyone else on my team, but we knew it was the end when we realized our visage didn't even look over his abilities. He said so himself.

Had a KotL who was decent but didn't skill mana leak at all until q and e were maxed. Against SB and DS.

Wisp thinks he can solo top. Then he wants to trilane with Drow and Sand King. Refuses to buy wards even though he has 500 gold, because after we ask he spends money on a magic wand (that he never uses). Only uses urn on himself. And runs in to stun other heroes in 5v1 only to immediately get slaughtered. Valve, why do these people exist.

Gotta love the faceless void that sets up his entire team to get smashed with Kunkka's Boat.. Or waste his team-mate's [i]entire[/i] duration of the Siren's Song.

I always picture how it would be in reality when someone is getting mauled by an Ursa. Either that or the fleshpound from Killing Floor when he gets mad and levels the area around him and then drifts around, just like Ursa's who start the frenzy and then can't reach their victims.

The last pick on our team picked furion, despite the whole team telling him we needed a tank. His reasoning for picking furion was that 'we need more disables' (bear in mind that at the time he was picking, we had FV, venge, invoker and veno) and that we don't need a tank because 'this isn't LOL'. His items were awful, he rushed midas, then gets a eul's, then an ultimate orb for god knows what, and for someone who said that we needed more disables, he only got one point in Q. One point, that is to say, when he got to level 12, he put points in attributes instead of Q. His only kills were blatant killsteals, natch.

Laned with a storm spirit last night who did NOTHING. He didn't attack creeps, he didn't harrass enemies he did nothing. I was playing Witch Doctor and I was constantly harrassing the enemy Brood and Beast Master and trying to deny and give as little last hits as possible so SS could farm. Then the brood and beast charge in and wreck my shit, while storm spirit runs away with full health and mana while brood and beast are half or less. Then he disconnects, and the rest of the game I get constantly ganked because I'm now one of the weakest people on the team. Then he reconnects and puts his points into everything but his disable (I should mention that he put points into overload first, then put a point into disable and didn't use it at all until 40 mins into the game.) until he's around 15+. He also stole 3 kills from our team, and never did anything in team fights.

But, it's true. You don't need a "tank" in dota. Also, i played with huskar that on level one decided to jump straight into CK and SS. died miserably. ended game with 12 deaths. In 20 mins.

Heroes can behave like an agility hero or strength hero and still be an intelligence hero, and vice versa. A good example of this is Guardian Wisp, who casts a lot more than he tanks. He can't tank much at all in fact.

An Ursa screwed up and quit the game. What makes it worse is he was my friend that I queued with :saddowns:

That reminds me of this WD that didn't know you could shackle the enemies to trees/other enemies, and he constantly casted it along with e, wasting all their mana and becoming easy prey. Worst thing? It wasn't their first time as Windrunner. edit: This also reminds me of this time in WC3 DotA, when I got kicked out of the match (in wc3 you can kick people and end match at your will if you host with a bot) because I wasn't making a good build to boost attack or crits. I was Windrunner and they were 4 carries, I was making a pure support build because I had no choice.

Lycan died 3 times to neutrals before the five minute mark.
