Brew's mana is actually his beverage supply (self-replenishing due to his Will over Alcohol, ancient monk technique), so pouring some out costs.
When he slams his container some of it spills out as well due to sheer force.
For Primal Split to work he has to get drunk enough so that he sees triple, so that his mind (that switches from controlling 1 drunkard to 3 brewlings) doesn't blow up.
Pudge's rot doesn't cost mana, it slowly chokes him too.

A sven that never leveled cleave, or his ulti. Was also building battlefury, MoM, sange and yasha, and daed. All seperate. He didnt lvl cleave/ulti till he maxed out his stats. He didnt speak english at all till our achient was being attacked, which he said noooooooooo over and over again.

It also says Bloodseeker is a jungler, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Jungling still gives you two solo xp lanes instead of just one.
