It does. 2 wards up, and someone like CM, Lina, Witch Doctor etc. decides to use their ult, they're gonna damage themselves for 3.5 time the mana spent. So that would be a 2100 damage nuke if Crystal Maiden ulted.

So how's the 700 day low priority treating you?
just played with a riki who died three times to kotl's illuminate during the laning phase (literally did nothing but stand there with 200 hp, autoattacking creeps, two meters from the kotl who was charging up his illuminate) and a veno who never bought wards. i was carrying as bane and i still had to buy the courier + upgrade and wards.

Played against a Sand King who constantly popped his ult and immediately sand-stormed.
He also had a blink dagger that he never used.
As an European playing in the western European Server I've always been in denial about that "Russians are fucking dumb players and will ruin your ervery match" myth.
Now after realizing that western european players are totally eclipsed by this mongrel horde of idiots from the east I seriously think valve or whoever controls the servers has to do something about this epidemy.
In the meantime I'll be playing in Eastern USA for a while. I hoping I'll find some peace of mind there and should I find any brazilian at least I can speak portuguese.

There is no escaping russians, i've heard about australians and even the chinese are having their servers invaded by them. Pretty sure most of them select every server except russia for matchmaking

No russians to be seen.
The class, the etiquette... it was marvelous, peaceful and quiet.

The more I play the game the less I see Russians, Brazilians, and other such bad players on my US servers. That's probably due to the fact that I'm getting better as a player the more I play the game (like anyone would), but even though I'm getting higher in the brackets I still see assholes in regular frequency.
You can be an asshole in DotA, but that doesn't mean you can't be a good asshole, that's the sad part.
We had a russian Bounty Hunter going apeshit because of his team dying so much (Everyone on his team except him and TA were dumb as a brick)

that's exactly what that ruskie said. His own team laughed at him. So did my team. Despite us losing, we still had a hearty laugh.
I guess both Russians and Brazilians chose all servers to play in.
Personally since I'm Portuguese, I think it's easier to deal with Brazilians and try to make a strategy since I'm Portuguese. However I find that Brazilians can be more funny to play with than Russians.
Brazilians do suck in general but damn Russians take it to a whole new level. They are stubborn and just taunt you shitless. And when you least expect they're reporting you for no reason.
But I once got this Brazilian party in my team in Western Europe and all I could hear was them speaking through the mic and all you could hear was the sound of heavy breathing, children crying in the background and an extremely loud TV during the news.

I feel like I always get the worst teams.
Rubick, bought bottle as starting item, went sidelane.
He would keep spamming level one fadebolt to push the wave, often hitting only one or two creeps.
Lifestealer, was a complete dickbag
He would blame me for everything no matter what, he didn't do too poorly, but he thought he was AMAZING for managing to get first blood as LIFESTEALER (Thats like having a Shadow Shaman, Juggernaut lane and saying amazing first blood skills)
Faceless Void, he couldn't farm for shit, he was a complete dickbag, he had less farm than me after 50 minutes
Zeus, he wasn't so dickish, but he was really bad, he fed Mirana mid, and was horrible at ganking
But sure, lets blame Venomancer, he surely is the reason we lost, when he has the least deaths and most kills and most assists and most things done to be useful, he is by far the only reason we lost.
My lane DID go horrible, because Rubick was really bad, Antimage had complete freefarm (It was a 1v2 lane where Rubick leeched xp and went off to die)
But I feel like this was caused by several factors that doesn't include me.
1. Rubick
2. Zeus only ganked our lane once, I managed to kill Warlock, but Zeus died in the process and AM got away
3. Nobody bothered to help or stop AMs freefarm ever
4. Void and Lifestealer couldn't farm enough (Lifestealer ended the game with Mjollnir and Armlet, which is somewhat decent I guess, but Void had a claymore and midas)
5. All 3 lanes went to hell (Mid and top didn't even get help from the Anti Mage or Warlock, so how can you blame them being fed?)
