I'm sorry. Before I entered this thread, everything was just peachy.
I tried changing a sound file in the sound.MPQ file for fun but it updated it but it's not really working and now I'm getting lag in-game.
Does anyone know how to force update the game files or if there's an up-to-date mirror for the MPQ files somewhere?

In the folder where you installed WoW, there should be a Repair tool. Run it and it should fix anything that's broken.

And the WowError exe doesn't do anything.
WoWError.exe is the crash reporter, it's meant to be useless.
Repair.exe is broken and not supported anymore since the launcher does that functionality now.
Sadly the launcher functionality is broken!
Try deleting the mfil, pfil and tfil file in your WoW folder and launch the launcher.
This might break it really badly or fix it.

If it's still acting up even with a shiny new sound mpq file, I'll take my chances with deleting those mfil files.

The account prices I listed were all correct. WoW accounts can and do sell for up to $699. I was looking to sell mine for ~$280. A big problem with you is you mix your points up. There was nothing wrong with what I said, the only thing that angered you was the fact I was asking for $280, for what you deem to be a "shitty" character.

You really think your account is worth $280? I can get a level 80 on a brand new account for literally £10... you've not levelled through cataclysm zones either so I couldn't give a hoot how many times you've levelled. Your account simply ain't worth a damn to anyone who actually knows the game, no matter how much work you put into it or it's gear.
btw I'm gonna guess that noone in this thread gives the slightest about you getting power levelling, just dont post about it because a) it's against the ToS and b) we don't care. Just don't expect it to be well received if you do and don't come back complaining when your account is compromised.

I totally agree that you can go ahead and do it because you've done it before, but selling your account for that much is a bit sketchy. I know you put a lot of effort into those characters back in TBC, but they are now worth the same as any other character their level (The armor is completely irrelevant while leveling up, sadly) and leveling, like I've said, isn't worth hundreds of dollars anymore.

faction mounts are still the same, but say if you got a RAF rocket for example, you could only have it on one character before, now you can get it on all your characters.

Internet has been absolute shit the past 3 days, due to my ISP doing some "maintenance". Doesn't make sense, as every time I've called them, they've told me it'll be fixed by the end of the day. It's been 3 days.
So, due to this, I can't play WoW. Logging in gives me an insanely high latency (7900ms, oh God). I've really been itching to play my Warlock, as I wanted to see how fast I could level up if I put my mind to it.
Could someone give me tips on leveling up? It takes me a good 6 or so hours to go from 70-71, and that's with me taking all quests in the area and finishing them all off and handing them in, then going back out and doing it again. Despite sinking myself into the quests, and despite the fact I can kill a monster my level in about 4 seconds, I still am not leveling as fast as you guys say is possible.
I'm not too fussed with leveling slowly, but it'd be nice if I had tips or advice on where to go for the best leveling for a level 72.
PS: Affliction Warlocks are hella fun, and I take back what I said about the new talent system sucking hard. New talent system is awesome, and makes playing your class much more enjoyable.
