So me and my friend we got this joke that the pet "White Kitten" makes rare items have a higher drop chance. Before me and a friend killed Ragnaros. My friend said that the Eye will drop because of me having "White Kitten" out.

He was not joking.
And now Battered Hilt dropped in Forge of Souls.
I like the "are you a wizard" jab at him.
Found out something today, so i'm doing this huge AH flood every 2 weeks. Man, Draenor does not react well to market PVP :v: i had 5 people send whispers for dropping flasks below the Lotus price.

I want to resub sometimes but then I realize half the community is shit, another 25% doesn't respond, 10% are absolute assholes and then there's a nice group of 5% chill people..
Not saying you facepunchers are bad, I just miss being able to laugh at guild chat.

Saved because it's extremely sad.

Should I level my 80 twink and make him a 85 twink instead? I might get Cataclysm for Christmas. (Hopefully). I feel like I am done with being a 80 twink. I've done most I can as a twink. And I feel like I am done with WOTLK content. Should I keep him as a 80 and level a new paladin to 85 instead.. Or level my current one to 85?

PS: If you got any good Paladin tips. That'd be most welcome!
80-84 is completely retarded with 409 gear. Pre-nerf Fire mages could solo the entirety of ICC via chaincasting a few pyros and dropping a combust. Bosses would die while they were iceblocked. Since the nerf i'm not sure, but the other classes are still ridiculous. 85 is slightly more balanced I believe and things will get better once Cataclysmic comes back, effective health is fairly even across the bracket with resil scaling and damage isn't QUITE as out-of-control as 80-84. Really I'm unsure why you'd twink in 80-84 as it's an unworkable bracket, completely broken by people basically having heroic DS gear at level 80. You can certainly get some 450 blues (unsure if there are blues available for each slot, pretty sure there are weps though because I know there's a 450 bow) but, again, resil scaling balances it out. The issue with 80-84 is that Wrathful gear is not viable unless you're just using it as a placeholder for an mop blue/there isn't a blue available for that slot, due to the ridiculous difference in ilvl (274 i believe vs 409? come on). I'd personally not deal with either of those brackets if you're looking to twink, 85-89 isn't going to be popping as much with more people upgrading to MoP and, comparably, 90 is more enjoyable. Of course, you could always lock at 85 for awhile and try it but I'd recommend starting another twink and stopping in a more populated/balanced bracket. At any rate, I wouldn't recommend moving to 85 until 5.2 hits, or whichever patch happens to reintroduce Cataclysmic. There will be a noticeable gear gap until you get enough MoP blues.
I currently have twinks in 45-49, 60-64, 70-74, and an unused 19 rogue. I wouldn't particularly recommend 19 as that's still low enough for wonky stuff like prot paladin one-shotting Shield of the Righteous madness (is that what it's called? or avenger's shield? something at any rate). 49 is still fairly unbalanced with things like unkillable prot warriors, healers still being hilarious, etc. 60-64 and 70-74 are better in terms of balance but they have their own fair share of problems. 60-64 healing is a bit too much, but most people (from my experience) will be willing to swap specs if they see too many healers. AQ40, BWL, and MC gear make this bracket a bit nostalgic, and grandfathered gear rules here (camp your BMAH!). Stat differences are low enough that if you get offpieces and buy grand marshal/high warlord gear you'll probably do fine until you get the rest of your gear. As for 70s, Brutal gear is a godsend (unless you're a monk, lolz), but you're going to see some wonky shit here with resil. Healers with 80%+ resil are a nightmare, to say the least. Generally people gemming full resil are scumbags though so whatever. Sunwell gear is going to be your best bet here, and you'll be crying because m'uru never drops those goddamn trinks ugh christ.
Overall I'm really very disappointed with PvP this expansion. It's certainly workable and some brackets are better than others but overall there's just so many glaring balance issues that it makes it difficult for me to enjoy it, from a casual perspective. I'm sure at 2400+ arenas or whatever it comes more down to player skill and loltfb pre-nerf but at lower levels it's a checklist of 'are you this OP spec? no? are you a healer? no? welcome to the gy.'
Play what you enjoy, find what works for you, but be aware it's going to be a tough ride.
I'm finding the difference between Twilight Highlands and Pandaria insane. I can easily take on a good 6 or 7 enemies in Twilight Highlands and not come out too hurt. In Pandaria, taking on 2 or 3 enemies leaves both me and my pet (I'm a Hunter) with 40% HP, so I have to regain HP to carry on.
My gear isn't too bad, and I'm doing dungeons to get better gear, but nothing useful drops. Any tips on how to become stronger so I can easily take on Pandaria NPCs? (I don't mind the difficulty, it's more fun, it's just the pauses between fights while I regen health gets a bit annoying after a while).

Other than that, Pandaria is awesome. It's not boring combat anymore where I just button mash the same abilities till the enemy is dead. With Pandaria NPCs, I gotta use a whole bunch of abilities to take them out quickly.

Spirit Bond, go BM for levelling, get a Spirit Beast, get the Glyph of Animal Bond. Wonderful combination there.
Also, go troll so you can regenerate 5hp per second. There's nothing anybody can do about it.

Jeeze, these classic raid pets sell damn well. Sold 7 Viscidus Globules for 7kg each earlier today, 3 Phoenix Hatchlings from mag's terrace for 9.5k each, and assorted others for between 1.5k-6k. No idea why they sell so high considering they seem to have a decent drop rate and can be soloed for by anything 80+, generally.
Thanks for the advice. I've been trying to get a Spirit Beast but fuck the rarity of them. I tried getting Arcturis but every time I sit and wait for him, he doesn't spawn, and there's always a bunch of enemies waiting for him too.

You might want to check for Ghostcrawler too, in Vashj'ir. Way fewer people bothering to camp him now that MoP is out, at least on my dead-ass realm.
The spirit beast bit isn't required, it's just a great burst heal on a tiny CD. Realize though that since it's a spirit beast ability, if you want to macro it to cast [@player] then you'll have to use "Exotic Ability: Spirit Mend", not just "Spirit Mend". Bothered the crap out of me when i got my first spirit beast!
If I go to Vashj'ir, will I likely find him? He seems like an awesome pet. I just really don't feel up to camping. And the trek over to Vashj'ir is a bit unappealing, but it's worth it for the pet!
Again, thanks for all the helpful advice!

Go ahead and check the WoWhead map i linked up above and download _NPCScan. Do a quick flyover of that area and if it dings, congratz, enjoy your pet! I'm unsure of his spawn timer (you can check the wowhead comments for that) but be aware that just because you don't see him on your first run over, doesn't mean he's already taken/dead. He phases in and out of existence, it's perfectly normal. Go slowly and watch carefully. I've personally seen him about half the times i've bothered to go over that way (I generally skip vashj'ir), but as they say RNG is RNG.
[editline]11th December 2012[/editline]
Oh, before I forget, pop Deterrence right before casting your tame. As stated on the wowhead comments, his Nerfbat ability will get you gibbed, but deterrence prevents it. Unless you're walking around in level 50 cloth gear at 85 it should let you survive long enough to grab him.
That's awesome. Heading to Vashj'ir as we speak. Thanks for all the help.

Servers are down for maintenance lol. Damn, really was looking forward to getting the spirit beast. Will hop on first thing tomorrow hopefully!
I've been dragged back into WoW by my girlfriend, she sent my old 70 Druid a Scroll of Ressurection, there's now achievements and guild levels. Oh god I'm so scared.

Playing on a 14x private server for Burning Crusade.
I feel bad that's it's 14x but I'm too lazy to spend all of that time to level.
It's mostly functional and mobs do not drop 10 rares.

The fact that retail's leveling was so fast and streamlined was half the reason I hated it. I don't judge you for not wanting to level but I don't understand why you'd do a burning crusade server and not a MoP/Cata server.
