oh so if i want to level as a priest i'd go shadow? works for me. why do they have two healing specs that is redundant
If you want to level as a healer, you'd rather just quest up to level 15 and then do dungeon finder up to 90. [editline]24th January 2013[/editline] Level as a discipline priest for heals
Is Pandaria a good expansion? I know some people didn't like Cataclysm, is Pandaria suffering the same?
Is Pandaria a good expansion? I know some people didn't like Cataclysm, is Pandaria suffering the same?
I enjoy MoP way more than I thought I would. Be sure not to over stretch yourself with dailies though, find what you like and then stick with it.
holy shit it feels so weird to play this again after like three years oh god what happened to the poor gnome starting area
Is Pandaria a good expansion? I know some people didn't like Cataclysm, is Pandaria suffering the same?
I resubbed Monday, pretty much haven't slept playing this game again. MoP is so much better than cataclysm its unbelievable.
Hurrah! Glad to hear it, I enjoyed Cataclysm to start with, 81-81 was great, I'm at the World Tree! I'm Under the Sea! Then suddenly it was just fetch quests. I need signets, I need **** to fix THE WORLD TREE! Twilight Highlands was awesome though.
I wish I wasn't a massive altoholic. I can never pick a class I really like. [editline]24th January 2013[/editline] I might make my old shaman again...I loved EHAT guy. How'd mop treat shamans? I was resto but always liked enhance over ele for deeps. [editline]24th January 2013[/editline] Loved that guy.* Phone what are you autocorrecting, geeze
God damnit I want to go on an adventure on Moon Guard, but I'm stuck with the god damn EU servers.
Make a US trial account, as long as you have MRP downloaded you can see all the fun and joys of MG Goldshire. You just won't be able to participate.
This is gonna be fantastique.
What exactly are the trial account restrictions?
is that why i haven't seen anyone talk at all ever
You can't send mail except to people who have you on their friendslist, you can't use Real ID for adding friends (I think), I think there are some restrictions on what you can do with the Auction House, you can't really speak at all except with /e, whispering people who whispered you first or people who have you on their friendlist, and using party chat when in a dungeon or battleground, you cannot progress past level 20, no monk class, no Death Knights. I'm sure there's more and some of it I may have gotten wrong, but that's most of the stuff that matters I think.
Still worth seeing the horrifying Moon Guard Goldshire. [editline]24th January 2013[/editline] Is it true that the players on US servers are more mature than the ones on EU (God damnit I hate European kids more than American kids)
not in goldshire they aren't i remember that place
not in goldshire they aren't i remember that place
But otherwise.
goddammit i tried to use the name i used in beta because i like it a bunch but it's taken so i had to throw in a é, which makes me feel like a faggot
Gah, did they patch the worgen starting zone skip thingy.
the hell? shamans can wear heavy armor now?
the hell? shamans can wear heavy armor now?
Mail as always.
But otherwise.
It depends on the server I think. Most people I've met are either not really talkative or are respectful and helpful and just friendly in general, but I play on Wrymrest Accord which is an RP server that rivals Moon Guard in activity, but doesn't have that Goldshire Phenomenon (or just not one that I've noticed, I tend to avoid Goldshire by habit regardless of the server). I wonder if there's a server that's radically different, where everyone hates each other, and everyone does everything in the their power to fuck up the other guys day.
How do you skip the worgen starting area?
Mail as always.
isn't that a new development? i don't recall wearing mail back in wrath... then again i don't remember a ton of my equipment in general, just that i was decked out in ICC gear
isn't that a new development? i don't recall wearing mail back in wrath... then again i don't remember a ton of my equipment in general, just that i was decked out in ICC gear
Shammies have had mail ever since Vanilla I believe, they had to hit level 40 before to use it.
Shamans and Hunters have always been able to wear mail armor once they reach level 40. Or at least since BC as that's when I started.
How do you skip the worgen starting area?
As far as I know, you can't skip the Worgen, Goblin, and Pandaren starting areas, I tired getting a friend of mine to use the recruit-a-friend teleport to get me out, no dice, just gives me shit about "The fate of Gilneas has not been decided, you can't leave." It's the one thing I loathe when starting a new character that happens to be one of those three races.
oh you might be right. there's a level above mail, right?
Gahhhhhhh, this is a pain in the arse. I did it once, and that was enough, I don't need to go through all that again.
...Rockbiter weapon? shamans can tank?
...Rockbiter weapon? shamans can tank?
Remnants of an old age when Shaman were discussed about being tanks. Blizz never pulled the trigger on it though, so from vanilla to even now you can find little relics of those plans inside the class.
ah i think i'll level enhance and then switch to resto once i get to a sufficiently high level back in wrath i was BiS resto. fuck that was fun.
