no, actually someone was complaining about girlfriend problems so as a joke i told him to meet me in the bar and i'd buy him a drink then more guys came and we ended up having a guild hangout session just chillin' it was fun, actually. i came away 500g richer because i told them i was poor. which i was.
It is the point from the light. Also do you have Archy yet?
I have some arch addon that lets you triangulate the 3 colors on the hud along with gathermate2
Wait, why is this pet so expensive?
Its like $10 on the store
Its like $10 on the store
That...isn't expensive.
That...isn't expensive.
imo it's kinda expensive for a little ingame panda thingie, but that's relative cost. Hell I'm paying $15 a month to look at pixels so whatever.
So what's the consensus on Unholy DKs? They're so fun but everyone hates them.
So what's the consensus on Unholy DKs? They're so fun but everyone hates them.
As I recall they're similar in terms of single-target compared to Frost but they've got a much more demanding rotation and require a lot more management than Frost. On top of that, Frost just beats unholy to death in burst AoE (as I recall sustained AoE was pretty good in unholy but the last time I played that was in cata so w/e). On top of that, a few little things like Gary costing RP (losing out on coils and as such ghoul empowerments) and target-swapping being a little difficult (unless you have Blight up or whatever, depending on your first talent choice) are pretty annoying, but as I recall 5.2 will be seeing some QoL changes for unholy (the biggest I can recall is Gary no longer having an RP cost (WOO) but I believe they're getting a couple PvP buffs as well, specifically blood presence increasing healing taken or conversion healing being increased, something like that). If you prefer the Unholy rotation and your guild isn't pushing heroics/having difficulty on fights where Frost simplicity would be noticeable, just stick with it. I personally don't really play my DK much (don't really want to level again) but from what I've heard those are the major issues with the spec. If I had to level my DK right now I'd probably go blood/frost, but only because I am not experienced with my DK so unholy seems a little daunting atm. Basically, it has problems similar to some other classes, BM AoE vs Surv AoE being prominent off the top of my head. Sure, BM can AoE just fine... if Bestial Wrath is up, and you have a worm, and you can pop Stampede, and, and and.... Meanwhile Survival can just drop a trap, glaive toss on CD, then MULTISHOT TO TOP OF THE METERS. The thought process of most players is "Both of these specs provide a reasonably close amount of DPS, but this one is harder and loses in certain situations... why would I play it?". The same people who stick with their UH DK are probably the same folks who stuck with JOHN MADDEN feral. They play it because they like the spec, but new players find that spec to be somewhat scary. [editline]28th January 2013[/editline] Also, this is probably pretty minor, but Frost DOES have some small amount of choice in rotation, between hastefrost and masterfrost, but that's probably not taken into account by most people.
I played one in Wrath and it was fun as hell. My panda's only at 34 now so I can't make a DK in MoP until I hit 55, I'm just planning ahead. I'll probably dual spec Frost/UH. Frost has ridiculous front loaded damage, so it's great for questing and stuff. I'll swap to UH for bosses or fights with simple mechanics to keep it interesting.
they've changed a fair bit since Wrath by the way - Frost is no longer the tank spec if you're confused by that above post

I thought Blood DKs were tanks, but apparently they can 1v1 a Rogue and walk away with half health.
they've changed a fair bit since Wrath by the way - Frost is no longer the tank spec if you're confused by that above post
No, I know. I don't like Blood tanking, it bores me somehow.

On my warrior I was fighting this blood DK and we just gave up after 10 minutes, I couldn't outdps his self-healing and the only way he could outdps my second wind was popping remorseless winter and all his CDs at once but I'd just disarm him during remorseless winter so that he'd be forced to punch me during the time I was stunned, repeat ad nauseam until we got bored and both ran away.
What can I do to make leveling 85-90 funner? I managed to get to 87 Monk a couple of months ago and I resubbed yesterday. I've got 6 other alts at level 85 that I need to get to 90 and MoP is just so boring (at least to me).
do as many quests as you possibly can but don't turn any of them in fill your quest log up completely then get your monk buff and turn them all in [editline]29th January 2013[/editline] that's what i've been doing at lower levels once i activate my buff i gain about seven levels in twenty minutes and then grind dungeons for 40

My monk's level 87 already. When can I get it again?
once a day and once every 10 levels, and they stack when there are ~10m left, log out. then the next day when you get it again it bumps to 2h instead of 1. repeat until thousands of hours of xp

Female worgen creep me out, they look and sound like Patty and Selma from the simpsons
Female worgen creep me out, they look and sound like Patty and Selma from the simpsons
Female worgen follow the same rules i've observed regarding female tauren - most are druids, most are women, most are middle-aged, and the rest are furries.
Man, this sucks... I spent a while getting the Exalted set on the private server I play on, just to find out the shoulders don't transmog correctly. It's such a swag set too, with all that gold-guilded goodness: http://www.wowhead.com/transmog-set=335#comments And even then, I found some shoulders that look decent with the rest of the armour but it too won't transmog right: http://www.wowhead.com/item=3950 Also, what are some good add-ons? I use Recount to show evidence to my friends that I'm not completely useless in a fight, and I heard there was an add-on that combines your entire bag into a single compartment for easier storage but I forgot the name of it.

It's quite handy, especially if you're super lazy like me, because everything is nice and color coded. Don't even have to think! [editline]omg[/editline] Okay, I understand long HoTs but this is ridiculous.
We don't take kindly to your type around here...
Oh dear, I completely missed that. Don't steal, kids.
yay finally got to 55 and made a DK i went unholy because fuck the police it's fun
We don't take kindly to your type around here...
I apologize. I used to play WoW with around 20 schoolmates, but they've all quit except for one person. He's one of the four people I play with, and he only plays on that server. I'm sorry if that makes you angry.
How do macros work, exactly? If I want Death Coil to heal Timmy when I hold alt, how would that look? My guess is: #showtooltip Death Coil /cast [mod:alt, @pet] Death Coil do i need to put /cast [nomod] Death Coil at the end?

Do I need to put in a conditional for if my pet isn't there?
