99.9% sure the "[ ]" will just cause Death Coil to be cast normally, as if it wasn't a macro at all, when you aren't holding alt. I.E. there's no need for a conditional regarding pets at all, as normal Death Coil does not require a pet to be casted under most conditions. BTW, I would personally recommend using a different modifier for DC, unless your self-cast modifier isn't alt. Lichborne heals are hella useful.

AMZ is fine if you're only levelling via dungeons or something but its use is strongly diminished in solo play, especially when you either don't find many casters whilst levelling, or the few that you do find often cast one spell (in one school, so easy lockouts) and start meleeing, or don't hit very hard at all. This isn't a matter of 'YOU CANT USE AMZ STAHP BEING BAD ASAAFHSAHGSH', I'd just like to recommend that you not complicate things for the sake of differentiating yourself from the masses.

I can't REALLY be angry at him - his heart's in the right place, he's doing it to play with a friend, not to fuk da system. All the same, I would really recommend he play on Live. Not saying Blizz needs to roll in more dolla but if he's enjoying the fruits of their efforts, especially regarding something as MASSIVE as World of Warcraft, he doesn't deserve to do so for free.

i'm not picking it to differentiate myself from the masses, I picked it because it's super useful in dungeons and I queue constantly while I quest. I don't want to carry around a ton of vanishing powder.
Also I didn't pick unholy because it's EDGY AND DIFFERENT. I just did it because it's harder, which makes it more fun. Frost is easy.

Sorry, I hadn't meant to imply you were trying to be edgy. I just see a lot of players doing things like taking Impending Victory in PvP or that warlock AoE talent in single-target fights just to be different. If you prefer it, more power to you.

Getting gear for my enhancement shaman is been effort, I've spent 2 weeks doing heroic dungeons just to get gear, I just need another weapon and shoulders, helmet and feet gear and I can finally do some raiding.
God damnit, the only reason I want to level 5 more levels to 90, is so I can be a creep and follow low level horde players wherever they go 'till they log off.
I'm debating whether or not I should buy a cata weapon once I hit 80. they're expensive as shit but they'll be a giant upgrade.

But you're still leveling and that gold could be invested in professions.
they need to boost the JP rates in MoP instances because currently you earn a lot more doing Cata ones.

I think you get a twohander in like one of the first quests in Mount Hyjal or something. Don't buy stuff while leveling, it's gonna get replaced in a couple of levels anyway.

once you're 83 you can buy ridiculous MoP greens/blues. Plenty of classes have blues available from level 80 as well, 409 ilvl. A warrior/dk/ret pala won't replace a Bjarn's for a LONG TIME
