Fras Siabi's Barely Bigger Beer - Increases Your Size Slightly
A recent exploit with the " Fras Siabi's Barely Bigger Beer" makes it so instead of only being able to drink one, You can drink an unlimited amount and the effects will stack. You would do this by having a stack of them and removing them individually one by one, This way the effects will stack.

cata content starts at 80, go to a main city (stormwind, orgrimmar) and a quest will be given to you automatically
